Liars

Several people advised me not to trust this business, but since everything was in writing, I thought I had nothing to worry about. I was mistaken! When the driver arrived at my storage room, he informed me that the price had been raised by $700.00 due to the size of the couch and loveseat, as well as the fact that the washer and dryer were not stackable. They need a deposit, which is non-refundable. Do not do business with this organization. Look for a trustworthy business. I would never suggest doing business with this organization to anybody.

Amazing company

I am extremely grateful to Safe & Secure Moving, LLC and all of them, particularly their customer service, which was extremely helpful! We will move again in a few years, and we will certainly use this business again! This was a local transfer, and I can't say enough about the Safe & Secure Moving, LLC crew's business organization and concern. It comes highly recommended and is a great one.

Thank you for making an anxious and stressed-out girl feel at ease and good about moving to another country. I relocated 5 boxes as well as a mattress topper! The movers arrived at my apartment, put all of my belongings into boxes (I had pre-packed, but it took them an extra 30 minutes), and left. I was anxious because the price was so low, but my belongings arrived at my apartment less than a week later! The men even took them up to the fourth floor for me without complaining. Thank you very much.

Very good service

I'm writing this review to express my gratitude to Safe & Secure because they always took good care of my belongings. I frequently used their storage service. Plus, I recently relocated here and used their moving services. They drive my glass items with a team of experts, I must admit. It was outstanding. Thank you so much, Safe & Secure.

Terrible move

The classic bait and switch. They brag about themselves and then refer you to a subpar moving company (ocean movers.. check their reviews). Then the other guys showed up and try to pressure you into giving them more money. And, of course, United would not answer your calls until they have screwed you over. I made a reservation with them and was given a price and a delivery date. Now I'm down $400, I'm four days past my shipping date, and I really have no idea when all of my belongings will arrive.
