DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY.

It's a total sham. To begin, their worker informed us that our package will arrive in a week. For nearly a month, we had not received our household items. People from customer service and the dispatch would inform me that the shipment was en route, then turn around it and tell me that the truck had broken or was in the workshop. They might phone and tell me that my shipment was ready to be delivered, then two or three days would pass with no news. It wasn't until I threatened legal action that I received my shipment. All of our furniture was completely damaged once it was delivered. All of our belongings, including thousands of dollars worth of jewelry, watches, rings, and other articles, were stolen. Furniture pieces that had valuables that we had already wrapped for shipment were undone, plundered, goods were stolen, and re-taped. At this point, the corporation will not provide me with the carriers' details. They pretend to be "investigating" the matter, which they are not. They are fraudsters who have operated under several company names over the years. I would not suggest this company or anyone who works for them to my worst enemy.

Do not put your trust in this firm!

I hired this service to transfer my possessions from Washington State to Virginia. In October 2020, things were taken up. My belongings have still not been delivered,  informs me that they are still in storage in Washington and will not allow me to have another truck or carrier bring the belongings to me. The payment has been fully paid, and they are way past the 21-day delivery deadline.

Great service

I'm wiring to know when my items are coming to SF, but I was very grateful with the movers. There were three of them on the team, and they took care to pack everything cautiously. I don't expect anything to break in transit. Oh, Jesus, the moving foreman was really professional. Someone from Roadway called to check my move, and I think it was a great service. They had to wait to get the furniture out of my apartment, but they did an excellent job when they got it going.

My sister, my brother and I have found the movers to be very competent and versatile. We appreciated their great care in packing up and delivering everything in great condition. We also appreciated how polite they were all the time. We were very pleased with our move. In one day, they delivered to three different homes in NY, Ct., and Rhode Island.

From Steve Bailey to the moving team itself, the Roadway team and customer support were beyond outstanding. Courteous, helpful, meticulous and caring, they free the stress movement and free the problem. Can't recommend them any more.
