Unsatisfied customer

Real movers were fantastic while they competed for my business. It was a different situation after I signed the contract and paid the deposit. After that, it was a frustrating and unpleasant experience. Without going into too much detail, I'll just say that the sales rep refused to return my calls and emails despite numerous requests. The actual movers were nice men, but they were careless. They were aggressive with our things, and by the time our things arrived, they had broken some dishes, smashed, even more, chipped an antique dresser in several places and broke the leg, and then set the dresser down and scooted it across the hardwood floor, leaving a two-foot scratch in the new hardwood floor. We had a very small load, so it shouldn't have been too difficult to handle. Nobody called or texted to ask if we liked it afterward, and we can't have something repaired or replaced because we had a $1500 deductible (which we didn't know about before moving day). They are something I will never use again.

Great moving company!

I recently returned home from college, and this moving company made the process a breeze! The movers arrived on time and handled all of my delicate boxes with care! They were very careful with all of the souvenirs I brought back from studying abroad because my possessions meant a lot to me. Because of their excellent service, I will only use Real Movers Moving and Storage the next time I relocate.

My experience

I used this company to move my son and his roommates from Georgia into their shared two-bedroom home near the start of the school year. Despite the fact that we had a relatively large load, they appeared to handle it with ease. Not only that, but everything was in order. They were very expert, friendly, and timely in their work, ensuring that my child got off to a good start in school. ensuring that my child had a good start to the school year I would gladly use Real Movers Moving again for my future moving needs.

My great move

I was a little concerned at first because it was my first time working with Real Movers, but they demonstrated that my concerns were erroneous. They arrived on time. The workers who helped me in moving out of my two-bedroom apartment were very cautious with my belongings, friendly, and professional throughout our pleasant accounters. My belongings arrived in perfect condition at my new apartment. I'm glad I found Real Movers; if I had to move again, I would definitely use their services.

Need my mother's belongings back

My mother's possessions are currently in the possession of this company. They are almost two weeks late in delivering her furniture and continue to tell me that they do not have a truck to transport it. I now call numerous times a day and leave messages to get an update, but no one answers the phone or returns my calls. Mike Miller claims to own the company and that there is no one above him to speak with about the problems we are experiencing. Can anyone support us in reclaiming my mother's belongings? If there is anyone from this company who can help me, I will surely delete this review.
