Do not return your calls
I'd give them a low rating if I could. They took up my belongings in Texas about a month ago. They were supposed to deliver it to North Carolina in 7 to 10 days. It was never brought. I've contacted and called, but no one has returned my calls. The salesman was so pushy that he wouldn't let me get off the phone unless I paid with Zelle. I'm contacting the sheriff's office today to report it as a theft.
Never, ever again
They assess your belongings and give you a price, and the driver evaluates it again and informs you that you need to purchase extra room. As a result, you wind up spending an additional 800 dollars. There was no contact, and there was no set date. They want to be able to supply your items whenever they want. If you don't try to contact them, you'll never hear from them.
Moving Scam They lied about price
Tim quoted $3300 and when the movers arrived, they said they wouldn't do it for less than $6000! I told them I didn't have the money like that. They would not agree to my check for the amount agreed and would not refund my $1239.00 deposit or allow me to use it with another mover even if you can't do so for 12 months. The customer service representa hung up on me when I tried to argue. I'm on social security and I'm not spending that kind of money. Now don't know what to do.
bait and switch!!!
We called and were quoted $2800 to push 3 bedrooms from Lincoln, CA, to Eagle ID. Then they call to confirm the pick - up and go over the detailed list 3 days before arrival. They tell us it is another $1000 that we agree and pay the deposit of $2500. We come and tell us that the first two quotes were completely wrong and now want 11,000 dollars. Overall scammers. If the first time we called back with "We are disciplining," the first customer officer to misquote us, we realized. We will not even return a part of the deposit now. We 're a very comprehensive family with everything in order, but this business is a mess. It's a mess. Fortunately, we have decided to move stuff weeks before our real need. PLEASE STIR OF THIS Business CLEAR!!!!
Good service Good Move
Lately, I was a guy with some really bad traveling experiences. This time I was all about loading but got to the company via the internet and the great reviews changed my mind. The loader came on time. The luggage was assembled carefully so that no damage was caused. They were helpful quietly throughout. They are really happy with the service and my first choice for any change.
Disappointing Long Distance Moving Experience
As a person reading comments, I wanted to try to save someone else from the pain, the cost and the frustrations in working with Razor. Sean was my Razor contact and who walked through the reservation, the estimate and the agreement. The price seemed fair, and everything we needed to go on the truck and our time frame was set, and he told me that everything went below the cost he quoted and that our things would arrive in 3 - 6 working days. The night before the transfer we received a call from Brooklyn Movers — the real company as Razor is the broker and does not do the actual AT ALL move and they told us that our items will actually take 7-21 working days to arrive and a list of everything oth er than that instructed by Razor — including payment and costs. Since this point razor refused to answer questions, reply to emails or fix any problems. Not only was the time off when Brooklyn arrived on the next day, they reworked and revised our quote and it was 2.800 USD higher than what we were quoted by Être/ Razor; I questioned that when I booked and checked the items we were several times traveling with Ares and 2 other Razor employees. We finished throwing over 1500 $of furniture to try and fit our items and finally the contract with Brookyln was reworked. It was 12 days after our things were collected and they did not even leave Minnesota and no idea when it will happen. I tried to e - mail and call Raser several times without reaction, and if I finally got through I wouldn't comment on any of our problems, except that you signed a contract. Because if I have it written by Sean, we've been misquoted about price and time. We told you that we wanted some sort of compensation from you on the first deposit as you did not hold up a part of the contract and we had had to pay twice to the actual moving company Brooklyn, and they said no. Then I told them we had to file a dishonest claim with the bank and only good luck. Only a frustrating negative experience with very few solutions overall. I strongly recommend not working with the clients, because we have talked to several people of the actual moving company (Brooklyn), they have all also checked Razor's lies, they only hear from our customers and when their money is allocated, they will not respond or try to correct them.
