They left me alone with my move
I used Ranger Relocation service for labor alone, the lone mover, arrived. The other mover was unable to locate my residence. My 70-year-old brother-in-law and I assisted with the unloading, and I am now suffering from severe back pain. I refuse to pay the entire amount of $520.90. Please give me a copy of my invoice, they are the worst moving company ever!! They do not answer my calls and emails.
WHAT A FRAUD! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!
Their workers will take your money for a deposit, then tell you "you never made a deposit," even if you have a COPY OF THE CHECK. They're RUDE and useless, and I've already lost hundreds of dollars because a manager "won't allow me to speak to accounting" to guarantee the check went to them. Also, there is a minimum transfer cost that they would not disclose to you.
Exceptional company
I've scheduled my 2000 mile transfer with Ranger, and they've been outstanding leading up to the very last minute before the pick up. Customer service has always been efficient, the movers have been cautious with my wife's furniture, a pleasant overall experience.
Long distance move
I was very worried about the first contract with this company. I had hundreds of quotations, but Stephan was pretty right on the estimate. In reality, I paid less for the whole move, so my wife was happy. It took a little longer than planned, but Devon's customer service was with me all the way.
Terrible movers
I'm in the process of trying to get a reimbursement because after two weeks and four postponements and excuses, the movers turned up with too tiny a truck that meant that 1/3 of our stuff was left behind. This company vowed to do all right by sending another car. More excuses and justifications, no results. I'm getting a partial refund or I'm going to take legal action.

Good service!
When my wife and I relocated, we didn't really know what to do. So many of the businesses were calling us, and we went with the company we were most confident with. We were so pleased with the results. We turned up with a lot more things than we first thought and had to get a revision, and they were super cool about it. The cost was reasonable and they helped us make every step of the way. We're expected to stay for a bit, but I'd suggest this company to all my friends and family.
Scammers
If I could have given negative stars, I would have. The business needs to be shut down immediately. Please don't. I repeat, please! Don't do it! Don't contact this business by any way for relocation services. Eric has made promises to transfer my things. As the date approached, I was given reasons as to why the truck couldn't get here. The truck was trapped with another customer that day. The next day, the truck had engine problems. They were eventually tired of lying to me and informed me that they would not be able to pick up my things at all. All of this after I paid a $655.56 fee. They decided to refund my deposit, but they still have to pay for it. I was assured that they would process the return several times. A month later, ALMOST and no return. They're not answering their business phone number now. They're selling you false promises and they're going to disappear until you give them a deposit. Don't hire this company!! You were warned!
