RA Moving is EXTORTION AND A SCAM!!!!! Stay away! I had a similar experience to others -- broker offers a competitive price, then, on moving day, you are told the price will be double, triple or more. In my case, he insisted that I had double the cubic footage that I did. When I measured in the truck after everything was loaded, it was less than half of what he claimed. I implored him to MEASURE, but he refused and said he would unload everything into the street if I did not agree to the new price. Read the BBB; this is an atrocious practice and I just hope to save someone else from the heartache I went through. Unfortunately, I don't know the better alternative, but make sure you research how to avoid scams and DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

I had the WORST experience with these people, they are no business, they take your money and don’t provide services. Or, by the looks of things, the “movers” that do show up just destroy your belongings!!! Check the BBB! They scammed me out of a couple grand too. Disgusting excuses of “human beings”.

Zero stars if I could. These positive reviews must be friends and family. Don’t believe me, check with the BBB. They left us without a mover the day before closing because they tried to charge over double the broker’s estimate. Lesson 1, don’t use a broker. Ended up paying $14000 for them to move half our stuff and we rented our own 26’ truck and moved the other half ourselves. When the broker sent them back they were rude and unprofessional. Damaged a car in the driveway and outright lied about it until we showed them the camera footage. Then became even more rude and unprofessional because they got busted. “John” the job foreman is a con man of the first degree. Acts all friendly while trying to screw you over. Threatening to leave our stuff in the driveway and leave again because we pointed out that an extra layer of cardboard taped to an irreplaceable antique is not a “crate” as they said they’d use, and charged an extra $100 for. Several totes and boxes ended up missing. Lost, stolen, who knows. Furniture dented, scratched and some completely smashed. DO NOT USE RA MOVING. IF YOU USE A BROKER, DO NOT ALLOW THEM TO SEND RA MOVING. Your wallet and your belongings are relying on it.
The best moving company
From the first phone conversation to get a price, to the final box arriving at our new house on moving day, they were excellent. The team was courteous, punctual, and respectful of our belongings. Nothing was too much bother for RA Moving and we have no hesitation in recommending them. We cannot thank you enough for making the day as stress-free as possible.
Excellent company
This was the most efficient and simple relocation I've ever dealt with. I've relocated several times for work, and this was one of the greatest. Everyone is really courteous and helpful. The customer service was excellent; they relieved my stress and made the entire moving process enjoyable. They come highly recommended.

Relocating is difficult no matter where you go, as many people know, but moving from one state to another is a nightmare. You must ensure that you can rely on a company that understands your requirements while also putting your mind at ease. This is not one of the numerous firms that make you feel anxious just by looking at them. You can confirm that all of your possessions are secure, that they follow instructions, and that they are not one of those dishonest firms that steal your money and your belongings, as I have heard! They made my life simpler and the relocation less stressful; I recommend them to everyone I know.
Couldn´t be happier!
I found my ideal job and wanted a location that could accommodate me right away! I barely had a few weeks to plan my move. Because I have a lot of large antiques, it was important that the movers take special care in prepping those pieces for the relocation. Because it was such a long trip, I was concerned about my belongings. What if this and what if that happened? They were really professional and put my fears to rest! Nothing was broken, and everything arrived just as promised! They moved my belongings into my apartment without incident. They didn't waste any time offloading the truck, setting up my mattresses, and putting my dressers back together.

These guys are without a doubt the greatest. They are really reasonable in terms of cost. The customer service was 10 times better than I had expected. Delivery was on schedule, and all things arrived undamaged. Most importantly, they have decent guys on their side. Sincerity, professionalism, and courtesy. What more could you expect? This company is highly recommended for any of your relocation requirements!
Great recommendation!
When I told a buddy about my future move to a smaller apartment, he suggested RA Moving. I'm very glad he did; they were fast enough to considerably reduce the time I expected the move to take... all while being careful not to damage any furniture. Moving can be a stressful experience, but they managed to make the process go quite well. I would really recommend it.
Hardworking team
RA Moving performed an excellent job. They were courteous, hardworking, and professional. Despite the difficulties of dealing with numerous steps (carrying several big things to the fourth floor), they handled to get me moved in a timely and complaint-free manner. After many schedule adjustments, they were able to accommodate me. Continue your excellent work!

The Bureau of Compliance is the responsible regulatory authority that manages intrastate movers. Movers should be registered with the FMCSA to operate interstate.
