Do not hire them.
They may not have their own moving team; instead, they simply transfer you to another business and leaves you alone. Every breath they drew was overcharged by the carrier. When I called to Quality Express Van Lines, they had no idea when my belongings would arrive. They work in an unprofessional manner, and everything is chaotic.

Do not give them your money
I am still waiting for my things, they are many days late and the company does not answer my calls. They promise you excellent services and once they have your deposit you are lost.
Grade F, do not use
They charged me double what they had quoted me, they broke my fence, they mistreated the boxes, they got my things dirty, they stole others. Customer service is unhelpful and rude.
Avoid like the plague

The movers never came to pick up my things, even though they had told me that the truck was already on the way. They shamelessly lied to me and never came. I hope to get my deposit refunded.
Terrible customer service, terrible mover assignment, unprofessional
They are brokers and they used any kind of excuses to charge me more and more money. The movers showed up high and scared my neighbors. Customer service hardly ever answered the phone, and they didn't even give me a delivery date.
Worst Possible Experience
They told us that our things would take a week to arrive and took more than 20 days. They stole our most expensive things and still at the end of the move, they charged us $ 2000 more in shady commissions. They do a terrible job, and they don't respect your stuff. A total lack of ethics.
Scam
I paid them the deposit for my move and they did not show up on the scheduled day. When I called them, they told me that I had refused to renegotiate the price and they would not come. How could I have refused if they didn't even come ??? They didn't refund my deposit either.
WORST EVER
They gave me an estimate and then tripled the price on move day!

Companies that transport household goods like Quality Express Van Lines have to register annually with the Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services. The Bureau of Compliance is the responsible regulatory authority that manages intrastate movers. Movers should be registered with the FMCSA to operate interstate.
