Deceptive, Unethical, Company
They don't keep their promises, they just lie. They do not guarantee the delivery date of your things and do not reimburse anything.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS - LIARS, LIARS, LIARS
My family and I are in a very disappointing situation thanks to this company. They promised us that our things would arrive in less than a week, and now they say it can take almost a month. I am with my wife and my little daughter in an empty apartment. We have spent a lot of money to survive without our things, and this company does not care about us.
Horrible service
They never appeared on the day of the move, then they called me to reschedule the date, and that day they did not arrive either. They charged us and disappeared. Customer service is racist and rude.
WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!
They are not the ones who do your move, they are just brokers! I paid them a lot of money and they sent me a terrible and unprofessional moving company. My things arrived broken and several of them were lost. I tried to take legal action and report what happened but it is practically useless. Stay away from these scammers!

(Fraudulent Moving Company)
Hang up your telephone if you get a telephone call from a salesman named Robert Kraft. This man's just going to tell you lies to get your deposit. It's not a moving company, it's brokers. You'll tell you that your calculation is by lb. Just to employ Boost Express for the company, turn up and tell you that they charge the square foot. In my case, this will increase your estimate by about $500. Further lies come with the planned date of delivery. My departure scheduled was on the 8th of November, today is the 25th and I still have no belongings. My fish are all dead because these two firms are dishonest liars who are unable to keep their promises. They bucked me, around 20 other people from my business were moving to them too badly and everybody had fair warnings to avoid this business. I hope that this review reaches as many as possible, so that during a stressful period, nobody must go through what I am.

SCAMMERS RUN!
We lied to my dad and told him that they had their own trucks and crew and the owner "Jason Carlucci" gave my brother much because of the 4th stage of cancer and he was moving north to be close to his babies. My dad was reluctant, but after reminding my dad that the father died the same way and he (Jason) is a "true Christian" gave him a lot of money to make a Christ-like thing. He gave my father a $2200 quote. I paid the deposit in these difficult times to help my dad. Jason called me and said what a great son I was and how he admired me to help my dad so well and wished us all the best ...... ALL LIES!!! Two days before moving on to arrange the exact pick up time, my father started calling around and was unable to find "Jason." My dad called the "customer service agent" and said that she would contact a driver. The next day a man called and said the price of the $2200.00 TOP OF THE BROKERS FEE was at least $6500.-! They would not give me back the money and laughed at me on the phone saying my dad would never have signed their contract. I had a plane ticket to buy and rent a U-HAUL to bring it up to my dad. They are the scum of the earth and expect a long eternal punishment. Do not do the same thing! We ARE satan 's children!! Satan's children!
Prepare to be lied to by Quality Express
I don't know what they pay on review sites or keep them as rated as it appears. Through their analysis, I trusted this page, when the standard sales representative (John Williams – grade A scumbag) advised me that this review was more reliable. This was a huge nightmare and my experience seems to have been like so many others. John Williams encouraged me to keep my inventory list low, which told me not to count things like bag clothing. Michael Ross told me otherwise and my quota increased by 75% (luckily they saw "discounts" that only increased by 50% from what was promised). My wife has an autoimmune disease, so before we signed up, I asked if she would be able to sleep on the floor. John Williams and Michael Ross have told me they 're doing five hundred miles a day - just three to five days. After being sold up, misquoted and not thinking about shipment until the day I switched to my carrier, I had finally been added. 1.3 stars in 15 reviews on this very web site for sales and unreliability. I asked for another carrier and had to work through horrendous customers who would not write anything or tell me their supervisors ' names, and I was told that within 2 weeks my stuff could arrive. I called John Williams (no response, no text answer), and then Michael Ross (texted me to customer service) and no one was there to help. That's not appropriate so I called him. ADVICE: Do not use this business for the love of God. No recourse is available for them, they collect your account and routing numbers so that you can not refuse the charges or file a claim. You must take them all the way to claim that your money is recovered.

Terrible, Dishonest Moving Company
How do I begin? Quality Express Van Lines Their sales teams seriously understated the quote (speaking about size , weight, number, etc.) and told me verbally stuff that was not (mattress cover, no carrying distance charges, no special crating ....) There would be 4 men on every end of the movement .... only 2 on every end (only one of them could speak broken English, the other could not). They only used four main carriers to find out that these 4 carriers subtracted the switch. They broke a chair leg, broke a locker off, damaged a very expensive buffet table and dresser severely. Quoted for $3,900, transfer cost $8,100. I was stuck and had no choice but to pay as I was going. The business should be terminated. Dishonest. Dishonest. Terrible. Terrible. Stay Away. Stay Away.
Do not work with the Moving Company STAY AWAY
SCAM Full! Do not go with them. Do not go with them. You use contractors who confuse you and destroy all your products. NOW! AVOID! Look at the yelp reviews that are accurate. I was never so annoyed by such businesses. I got 3 missing items, 2 not mines. I got 2 items. Read the fine print of this business and the contractors they blame and take no responsibility for each other. Quality Express Van Lines is a bad choice!

Do not give them your money Thieves
This company is of no quality or express. The salesperson told us many things that were not true. After signing, the price changes 50 percent and gives them a deposit. Our move date was 29 May, 2 days later they still haven't been shown. Still waiting. Still waiting. You are screwed once you give them a deposit. You've got no remedy. You have no obligation to change the dates you specify.
