Terrible company
In conclusion, if you want a company that overestimates their quote by hundreds of dollars, promises one thing about the size of the crew and then sends fewer than you agreed, unloads your belongings in the wrong spots in your new house (especially the bulky stuff, which they then leave for you to carry), and then leaves a huge pile of trash in your driveway, these are the guys for you. If you wish to be treated better than this, RUN.
Really good company
We relocated a week ago, and it was my first time dealing with experienced movers. This means I'm an actual grown-up now, I believe. The entire process with Prudential Van Lines went extremely smoothly. I requested information online, and Peter then called to discuss the transfer. I figured it wouldn't take too long, so I was relieved we wouldn't be overcharged. They called ahead of time to confirm and seemed to have everything in order. Chino arrived on time with his helpers on the day of the transfer, and they exceeded our hopes. They were pleasant, professional, amusing, and, most importantly, effective! They were absolutely fantastic. I just have good things to say about this company.

Good service
This business has been nothing but outstanding from the first phone call to the last box dropped. Cordial, dependable, reasonable price, accurate estimate, movers arrived on time and treated it with care. Frank, my assessor, was fantastic and patiently answered all of my questions. David called to check the arrival time of the movers and was also very nice and professional.
Move from NJ to TX
I relocated three months ago and have had nothing but issues. I'm still waiting for compensation for the large glass tabletop that they smashed. Before they unloaded my belongings and boxes, the traitor driver requested an extra $300 in cash in addition to the agreed-upon amount. They smashed the television stand, but they didn't care. I've relocated several times in the past, but this business is by far the worst. They didn't care if the boxes came crushed. To top it all off, the driver cursed me as he drove away. Even if it is free, do not use Prudential. They really are the worst!
Great company
Excellent customer support, contact, pricing, and loading team! The crew that arrived was very competent, polite, and effective. Prudential has made us feel like our possessions are in GREAT hands from beginning to end! I will certainly use them again! :).
