Fantastic moving service
I was attempting to give them a package in order to deliver it to my aunt. They have delivered it flawlessly and on time. She was overjoyed, and her antiquities were safe. The following shipment will be delivered to me by these people! Outstanding work, boys. It comes highly recommended.
Smooth move
My husband suggested that I recruit Prof Move to help me relocate to Florida with him. I read a few of their comments and thought they were both decent and outstanding. After receiving a good quote from them, I called them and sent them the deal. They came to my house and packed my things before leaving. All was carefully wrapped.
Excellent customer service
I've just had great encounters with the wonderful people at Prof Move. It was simple to communicate with them on what I needed, and they quickly answered all of my concerns. They moved my belongings easily and efficiently. I would suggest Prof Move to anyone looking for trustable movers.
Charged more than quoted
Prof Move does nothing but book your move with a third-party moving company. You pay your "deposit" to Prof Move in advance, and then you are paid for pick up and delivery. My written estimate was for about $8000, but when all was said and finished, the balance came to nearly $12,000. When I tried to call the company for details, no one answered the phone; the customer service was pretty poor. Do not use this business if you want to get through your transfer without getting a stress-induced heart attack or paying $4000 more than you were quoted!
Terrible company
I spoke with a really pushy salesman over the phone. When I first spoke with him, he was very professional and gave me a good quote. He called back a few days later, and when I told him I wanted to move my own belongings, he seemed to think it was inappropriate. Then he began harassing me via text message. I'll never use this business again. Following the second call and subsequent email, it seemed very shady and immoral for a salesman and business.
