Be aware

In every regard, it was a bad experience: thousands of dollars worth of damage to my furniture, receiving someone else's things that were never picked up, and receive $72 for the furniture damage. The cross-country shipment arrived 5 weeks late. It was a traumatic event.

Not a good moving company, Run Away

I would if I could give the company a lower rating. One of the worst experiences in my life was moving with this company. Do not use this company to go elsewhere. They took our bag and pushed it and moved us to drive before we agreed. They tormented us to check the deal to spend more money saying that we did not have enough cubic feet. They were educated and actively involved. They have not answered telephone calls and have not received other payment arrangements and payment amounts. Paying for premium packaging, which was a hack job. They used subcontractors from third parties. They ruined many of my papers. Several third party subcontractors pressureed us to pay them cash when our contract with Prime Relocation was concluded.

Bad Move Bad Everything

The reason why I chose this company is the four and five - star ratings they get, but this transfer was a challenge and I couldn't think how unsatisfactory the business was (especially in the pandemic). I got 1 telephone call from the company on my transfer day to check my pickup and I spent the day (on Saturdays) searching for someone to answer my mobile. None. Nothing. After an appt of 9 - 11 AM. Time, arrived at 8:45 PM and finished the packaging at 1:30 AM. At 10:00 the moveurs adjusted my bill and (literally) asked for thousands more dollars for my move. I understand that these adjustments can be made, but at 10:00 am Saturday night there is no way to check or communicate with anyone in the office. Yeah, ridiculous. My representative Niko Callis never touched up before, during or after the move. He said that after pick up my property was not moved from one truck to another and he didn't tell the truth. My things came on an entirely different boat. After telling him about the debacle he asked him to put it all in an email, but he never answered. Don't really know how worse he might have been. Get another job you don't need service. After asking for a discounted rate for customer service they said that they would consider it when the movers arrived. Yeah, really? Really? Again at 8:45 in the night? Unacceptable. Unacceptable. After obviously struggling to talk to someone in a supervisory position, M. The final payment due upon delivery was forgiven by Lavanda. I'll say that Mr. Lavanda was very apologistic and compassionate (as any other person I've addressed) and I admire his professionalism. The movers were all right. On arrival, one piece of furniture was damaged. I'll also admit I feel fully ripped off after analyzing the cost of moving some of these other comments. I had an apt studio and my estimated revised charge from San Francisco to Dallas was $5343. I have little confidence that the price was measured fairly and appropriately. I would never recommend this service, I would ever recommend this.

Do not use Prime Relocation Service

If I could not give any stars to this company I should. This transfer was the worst! Not only did my articles appear a week and a half later than expected, half my items are broken and damaged and my boxes are still missing, so I don't know if I ever see them again. It's a joke to try and get someone in the company,(Felix) they will give you an additional 1800$. I planned to move all of my stuff with a uhaul to avoid damaged or missing items, and I was skeptical about my mom telling me that he hired a moving company. Go yourself with your first instinct! You'll save $8000 and not harm half of your pieces. Such a lie! I don't have words to say my frustration

Bad customer service no communication

All about my move with Prime Relocation Inc. was awful. I feel I've been selling on lies. Now I doubt whether all the opinions of which they were proud and which I thought I would decide were legitimate. Before I share my experience, let me mention I completed the long distance transition from NJ to CA with the same inventory just 10 months earlier. So, based on my experience, I am logical in my expectations. In addition to this experience, they first gave a quote based on what Nick thought was the volume of my move by using a inventory list on the phone (because of the pandemic). I wanted my quotation to be as accurate as possible and did not want any last-minute surprises and so I have taken all the photographs of the items. Despite my efforts at the end, they overloaded me with nearly 700 $ during the pick-up and said that the volume is more than the quoted volume, even when there is no increase in the number of items. Secondly, I have been informed that their estimates are always binding and not like other movements, but that they include a "condition" in their contract smartly. I know why you are so confident that you will sell the binding estimate because you know that you will not be charged for the pick-up. Do not fall by the binding estimate mentioned by the salesman. This was just the start of my move's horrors. For the first stair flight, most other movers don't charge. But the first flight of stairs is 7 steps, smartly stated in the contract. When you live in an apartment on the second floor, you would definitely be paid even if you only have one stair level. I've been fined at both source and destination. I was told my shipment would be delivered in three to four days and would be delivered by the same truck that had the goods collected. This is a GREAT lie. I got my shipment in a completely different truck 2.5 weeks later. Nobody at the company was careful to keep me up to date and I was given constantly changing delivery dates when I was contacted during that period. After 2 weeks I finally found that my shipment was still in the source warehouse. I had raised the question of overcharging throughout the move process and was told that it would be handled during delivery. Again, a BIG is lying. The delivery trucker was unaware of any balance change. I had to pay the full amount, and they kept telling me that they are investigating the matter when I contacted customer service for refund. And one month later, they say that they can refund any refunds because I have signed the contract that has all the "conditions applicable." This mover's BEWARE.
