Long distance move

We've been a very easy move. Not many delicate stuff, not too many stuff in general. We packed up pretty much everything on our own. For the most part, everything went perfectly. I think they're doing a poor job of keeping you up-to-date throughout the process in general, and I've been extremely suspicious of updates (different people had different statuses for our stuff), It's easy to make excuses or fake updates because you can't rely on the shippers' website, and even then, people have to pick up and sort the containers that come in (took a long time). I had to ask to be contacted more frequently, and after that, my rep (Tyler) did a fantastic job. It took a long time to pass and reach the longer part of our calculation (the excuse was covid).I would suggest Prime to people, but I do wish they did a better job of informing their customers, but at the end of the day, with these kinds of stuff, you have at take the company to their word, sadly. Long distance move to HI

Prime has helped us make our move to Honolulu as my wife had a work offer. We didn't have too much to transfer around, but we wanted to take great care of the stuff we did. Prime packed our stuff with high quality materials and shipped our stuff from SF and delivered it to our new condo as planned. They wore protective gear during the packaging and unpacking process. There were no cost overruns following the move that we really enjoyed. I would recommend hiring them to manage your long-distance movements.

Effortless move

A neighbor recommended me to Prime Moving when we required to move rapidly from Los Angeles to San Diego as I got a new job offer. The moving crew arrived on schedule, wearing a protective garb. The transfer was going smoothly. We didn't have too much to live in a one bedroom condo, but our stuff was handled with great care during packing and charging. It was a fair price.

My move to Honolulu

We selected Prime after researching moving companies in our region that have been moving mainland to Hawaii frequently. The calculation was as fair and the transfer itself went according to plan. We had only about one bedroom of things to move out of our Manhattan apartment, but we required a moving crew to pack our stuff cautiously and move it around with great care.Prime came along for us, our stuff was shipped to our new condo in Honolulu around a week on time.
