Excellent so far
We haven't finished the relocation yet, but this company have been a blessing in assisting me in getting everything in order. They have responded to my anxious calls on multiple occasions and have always tried to calm me down and make me feel better; I am so grateful I hired them to relocate us! More to come...
Not what I expected
Delivery took longer than expected. The price was reasonable. My main issue is a lack of communication. I had to call every few days to get a status update on my relocation. Unless I emailed or left a voicemail, no phone calls were made to me. Priceline logistics appeared to provide excellent service, but they chose a third-party delivery business (True State Moving).
Liars and Theives
These people are scumbags and I genuinely mean that. They are liars and professional thieves. I have absolutely no idea how they are legally allowed to continue to operate. Nothing they tell you is true. They will complete lie to you about pricing take your deposit money and then show up and requote 4x higher you when you have no choice because it's literally your moving day. Avoid this company at all cost!! They have horrendous reviews by the better business bureau for exactly what I described and need to be closed down immediately! ZERO STARS!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
Price Up and Up
Initial estimate with a sales person, Nathan, was $5800 to move from South Carolina to New Jersey. This was after an hour long detailed description of everything to be moved and a walk through by phone. Once the deposit is paid, the second person upped it by $2500. He was completely amazed that a bed would have a headboard-extra, and a box spring-extra. Then the actual moving is farmed out to Moving Forward Express. They arrive with a truck that was way too small, despite the fact that we had to fill out a detailed list of every box and piece of furniture. They drove the truck to their warehouse to get a bigger one (not telling us that was 2 hours away). So 5 hours later, after unloading half of the furniture into another truck, they return and we are told it will be an additional $1200. At this point, all of our possessions are essentially being held hostage, unless we pay more--in cash, by the way. Finally, when everything is unloaded at our new address we discover some broken glasses, a damaged tiffany lamp and some gouges out of the bedroom set. The wood on the back of the bedroom mirror we had to pay extra to have wrapped, was ripped off on 2 sides. In conclusion, if Priceline's quote seems to good to be true, you're right. Run away from these 2 companies. Lesson learned the hard way.
Priceline is a Scam
I used Priceline Logistics for a move from Boston, MA to Clearwater, FL. When I booked the move, I spoke with Jim Miller and was quoted 2469.64 for the move. I was moving mostly boxes and a few small furniture items. When I made the call, I hadn’t completed packing, so I informed Jim that I wasn’t yet sure of the final amount of boxes and wanted to wait until I had a final number. He assured me not to worry because my move was well under the 2,000lb limit and said I could just call back when I had the final number of boxes. He also assured me the price would not go up and never mentioned a word about cubic feet, nor did he mention that Priceline Logistics wouldn’t be the company moving our stuff. Jim also assured me that he would be there “every step of the way”, but I was not able to reach Jim. In fact, it took over two weeks before I was able to reach anyone because no one answered the phone, and no matter what number I called, the mailbox was always full. I did eventually get someone to respond to email and someone did eventually call me back, but I was then informed that the price would go up to 3,549 because I had more than 286 cubic feet with the additional boxes. I should have cancelled then, but I had already paid the deposit, which by this time was only 50% refundable as a credit toward a future move, so I agreed to the increase and was promised again that the price would not go up save 75 dollars for an extra set of stairs. I was given a three-day window for my move August 16-18th, however, I received a call from the driver of Moving Express, who had been hired to move my stuff, that Saturday (August 14th) informing us that they were coming the next day August 15th between 11-1 pm. When I stated that did not work for me, I was told that I had to accept that day because they could not come any other day that week. When they arrived a little after 3pm, I was told that I would need to pay another $1500 because I did not wrap the furniture I had in blankets so they would need to supply the blankets and wrap the furniture. They also said, there was a charge for every seven steps after the first seven stairs. Our unit was on the 3rd floor. When I told the driver that my contract stated every 15 steps and that the moving blankets were included in the price, the driver stated, “That contract is with Priceline and doesn’t mean anything to us.” I tried to call Priceline but they were closed, so I told them to forget it and that I would work with my credit card company to get the deposit back. They then came down on the price and asked for a $700 tip instead. I knew I was being taken advantage of, but given that I was not sure if I would get another mover by the time I had to vacate my home, not to mention I was risking losing my deposit, which was over 1,500, I agreed to pay the $700 tip. My stuff was shipped to a storage facility and when the driver called to provide me with a delivery date, he wanted even more money stating that he would need a shuttle truck. I had already confirmed with the storage company when I made the reservation that a semi truck would not be an issue. When I informed the driver of this, he did not believe me and asked me to call to confirm again. I did and got the same information, which I shared with the driver but he still did not believe me, so I told him that I was not paying for a shuttle truck when it wasn’t necessary and that I would expect my stuff at the storage facility the following day as agreed. When he got to the storage company, he wanted an additional $50 because the unit was on the 2nd floor. When he was told that there was an elevator and that the additional fee only pertained to stairs, he agreed to bring the stuff to the unit but just piled our stuff in the unit with no organization. Given all of this, I would NEVER, EVER use this company again nor would I recommend them to anyone. They should be ashamed of themselves. I was left feeling cheated and embarrassed.
Excellent moving services
They did an excellent job! In comparison to other moving firms, they also had a competitive and equal price. They are extremely sensitive and effective. They are worth every cent they are paid. Despite the fact that it was a hot day, they worked all day until the transfer was not done, and they did not miss a single minute. I totally recommend it!
Bad communication
Longer delivery than expected. The price was all right. The lack of contact is my biggest issue. I had to call practically every few days to get an update on my trip. Unless I emailed or left a voicemail, not one phone call was made to me. PriceLine logistics seemed to have excellent service, but they chose a 3rd party distribution company ("True State Moving" is the company). Check the ranking for that business on yelp. And 2/5 stars. If I had known, I would never have signed up for that.

Really Good Moving
Priceline Logistics helped me move my solid wood furniture from a container to my driveway, then from the driveway to the house to the second floor, including stairs. I had estimated the transition from the container to the driveway to be up to 1 hour, and they got it done within 20 minutes. I had predicted that the trip from the driveway to the house would take up to 2 hours, and all was completed within an hour. The move was done quickly, without any complaints, particularly with the stairs and the bedroom suites' heavy weight. I definitely recommend the services of Priceline Logistics and I will use them again in the future.
