Smooth move

The staff was on time, extremely professional and kind. My belongings arrived in good condition, and the foreman took the time and care to ensure that everything was exactly as I had requested. This is my second time using Presidential Moving Services, and both times have gone smoothly.

Grateful

My family and I were quite pleased with the service we received. The movers arrived on schedule, did not damage any of our belongings, and delivered everything five days after they picked us up, precisely as we had requested. Because of how my family and I were treated, I will always recommend presidential moving to everyone who is relocating. Thank you so much for everything, especially for reassembling my furniture.

Haven't ever delivered my items.

I'd give them a low rating if I could. They strung up my belongings in Texas about a month ago. They were supposed to deliver it to North Carolina in 7 to 10 days. It was never brought. I've called and called, but no one has returned my calls. The salesman was so forceful that he wouldn't let me get off the phone until I paid with Zelle. I'm phoning the sheriff's office today to report it as a theft.

DO NOT HIRE

Please don't use this company. They're going to rip you off. On the day of pick-up, they asked for a &100 tip to start with. One price was quoted, and then it was said that it was apx $1,000 more. Our representative at the presidential office would not be returning a call. They've lost a few boxes. One of them contained prescription drugs. Another had the Purple Heart of her dad. They were a day late to delivery. Where they asked for cash and a $100 tip. We were informed they were going to take a check, but the driver refused a check. Just cash. Things were destroyed or harmed upon opening boxes. You would have to know the date and price of the item when you bought it to make a claim. I repeat, don't use this company. You're going to get ripped off. It's been a horrible, frustrating experience.

Poor service

After arriving late, blocking the street, and loading a loud Enterprise rental truck until 11 p.m., I was told I was going over my quote, and I was lucky enough to get it right. I didn't have any extra items at all. After my furniture was thrown into the truck, I was told that my move went from $2400 to $4200! I've moved 212 miles away. I've been waiting and begging for information about my furnishings for 19 days now!! When I get an unusual answer, the person is rude, and of course he doesn't know a thing, and he's going to have to call back. Guess what the hell? There are no calls back! I even got a fast, busy signal when I try to get back the exact number that called me! So, I was told last week that they would be here on Sunday or Monday. It's Friday! I've never been treated so awfully. And I actually paid for that.

Disappointed

There wasn't a part of the move from the beginning to the end that was appropriate except that the pick-up arrived on time. Otherwise, the company was lying about it all. We ordered full pack service and the contract stated that it was a fixed price- which it was not, it was scalable. We estimated the size of the move with another mover's inspection at home. These guys, once loaded, claimed an extra 20%. My things arrived 3 days late and, upon delivery, claimed that there was necessary a shuttle service, which they originally said would not be needed.  If you want to get scammed, these are your guys.

My great move

I would like to thank you very much for your great service. It was my first experience of my entire life. I was so anxious, but you guys did my week:) For the management: your movers have done a really good job. They worked hard even in the rain. Polite movers

I'd say my best experience with moving companies so far. Presidential did it stress-free. I hate moving, but these guys are geniuses. You can tell  that moving is a skill for them. They've managed everything super efficient and fast. They have special techniques and strategies. I can tell they have a good training. Ladies in the office, very polite, great support. The Dispatch Department was awesome. Thank you, Presidential.

Wonderful

I was so anxious about the coming move. I didn't know anything about the move, and one of my friends recommended Presidential Moving to me. When I contacted them, their rep Phyllis was really nice and answered all my doubts. My moving team was amazing did everything so quickly and with great care! I asked them to pay close attention to some very expensive furnishings, and they wrapped them in such a way that nothing was harmed. I'm happy, too, that the testimonies I had at the beginning were all true and didn't come up. Of course, I hoped the cost was lower, but it was acceptable because I had a very seamless, stress-free move. I can certainly say that this money is worth this day! They made my first moving experience awesome.
