Professional movers

They moved a large, heavy furniture down the stairs without scratching it. Until today, I've never had a moving firm leave without damaging or dinging at least one item of furniture or a wall. They carefully wrapped and protected everything. They worked extremely hard and moved my full house in less than 5 hours. They arrived on time and were quite professional. I'd suggest them to everyone, and they'll be the first people I call the next time!!

This company is a big scammer

This company is a big scammer. Most of the five star reviews should be fake based on my experience. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this moving company. First, Monika Deihl from sales called me and gave an estimate of 2481.34 and I paid 50% up front and asked me to pay the rest on the destination. The movers canceled the pickup date twice, due to this I have to change my entiere schedule and flight tickets which cost me $3000.00. When the mover finally showed up, there was only one one person with his girlfriend in the truck, he kept insisting on me for help moving stuff into the truck. He broke many items and boxes as he was not able to move them alone. He also abused me and family members during this process. When I asked him to stop that nonsense and unload everything, he didn't listen and just drove the truck with my stuff ,without my signature on papers. I called Monika and customer service several times and nobody answered, after a while someone called and said I need to pay $8000 to get my stuff delivered. I called Monika again and she said she has nothing to do with the delivery. It's altogether a different company called American Home Relocation. I also called American Home Relocation not premier to check why they are charging 3 times more, they said it took more cubic feed than initial estimate. Finally I end up paying 3 times the initial estimated money to get my stuff to my new place. Once the truck arrived at the new place I took all the pictures and videos, it clearly shows the cubic foot matching the initial estimate, both the companies scammed me to get more money. Delivery driver was nice and mentioned that my stuff was on the floor broken at the warehouse when he picked it up, he also gave a written summary of all the broken stuff. When I called Monica several times about the damages and cubic feet scam, she asked me to create a claim and contacted Alyx Poitier. Alyx Poitier asked me to create a claim at WWW.CSIPROS.ORG. I have created a claim at WWW.CSIPROS.ORG and they rejected saying they don't take claims for Premium Global Vanline, Alyx asked me to create a claim for American Home Relocation, I did so , again they rejected claim registration saying the same reason. After that I tried to contact both Premium Global Vanline and the claim company. None of them are lifting phone calls or answering emails. Now I am working with an attorney to sue a company. Moving is too expensive to settle for such poor customer service and scammers. Go somewhere else. If the movers are great then you won’t have to deal with this headache…if for some reason you fall in this trap GOOD LUCK and god bless you!!!

Don't have anything to do with them!!!

Sorry I have to give them even one star. They are a total scam!! I had a contract with this company to pick up my stuff on Saturday the 25th. I checked multiple times to make sure of the date. I have a friend that was going to let them into my storage units as I'm out of the state, so the date had to be confirmed. Then on Wednesday night the "driver" calls and tells me that he'd be there on Thursday to pick up. I said no, Saturday, the day on my contract. He said he isn't working on Saturday and I would have to just deal with it. I call the company and they're closed for the night. The next morning I call and get a gal I'd never talked to before and she tells me as well that the contract doesn't mean anything and that they could pick up on Sunday. That's 2 employees telling me my contract means nothing to this company. So, I contact another company that says they CAN pick up on the correct date. I then contact Premier Global Vans to cancel my contract and get my deposit back. And at this point (afternoon) they say that now they can pick up on my contracted date and that they won't give me my deposit back. IT IS A SCAM. The supervisor says they are a large national company, and that my deposit doesn't matter to them. Well, my deposit matters to me! They have two of their employees to tell me that my contract is worthless, and I'm supposed to accept that what this rude supervisor is now saying is true?? He talked over me the entire time. He didn't care what I had to say as long as he got to talk. Worst experience EVER!!

Excellent experience

I had to hire the movers pretty late, so I was concerned about their on-time arrival. Even with the limited notice, they arrived on schedule. They put in their best efforts in their task. I'd want to thank them for such a memorable experience and recommend it to anybody. The most professional movers in town.

When it comes to my relocation with these movers, I can honestly say that they are fantastic. Their crew was highly committed to their task, and their attitude toward their customers was really humble. Their staff arrived sooner than expected, did all of the job in three hours, and relocated all of the belongings the next day.
