Unprofessional company

Take care! Please avoid doing business with this firm. Michael Pirelli will tell you anything to obtain your signature and offer to return your deposit if you cancel, but the incompetent billing department will refuse to reimburse you. Last-minute out-of-state relocation resulted in a loss of $850 and no services performed. Brokers mislead to obtain signatures and then backtrack on their promises. This business lied about delivering services and immediately took payments from a bank account, claiming that they sent a vehicle that was denied, which never occurred. Incompetent, unethical techniques, bad business practices; a court suit is now in the works. Find a trustworthy firm and pay a higher price. It is better to pay more than lose your hard-earned money to these extortionists.

Bad service

I'm very sure all of the five-star reviews on this page are fake or paid. This organization draws consumers by providing an appealing quote and requiring you to pay a portion of the total sum. When they arrive for pickup, they will more than treble the quotation, alleging different reasons, despite the fact that the inventory has not changed. Upon booking, I was given a quotation of 475 cf, which was then increased to 1000 cf during pick up. The issue is because their computers do not provide precise measurements. Why do they have a system that provides an estimate with a margin of error greater than 50%? They guaranteed a delivery time period of 4-7 days, however, it's been 11 days and we still haven't received delivery date. I will never use these movers again. They are just brokers who do not own vehicles.

Good Job

Our experience with Pinnacle Moving has been fantastic from start to finish. They were quick, effective, cautious, efficient, and quite friendly. We haven't had a single negative comment, and we're on the fourth floor of a walk-up! Everything in the kitchen and china that they packed was properly wrapped and packaged when I opened it. The service cost was well worth it. I highly suggest it.

Great Movers!

The movers were efficient and kind. These guys worked quite hard, which was surprising. I am impressed by their service. They packed the items properly and didn't beat it up against the walls— they charge for every 15 minutes, so if you go over a 2 - 3-hour work, you don't pay for time over when they finish. I completely recommend them!
