Damaged items
I thought these people were doing an excellent job, until it came time to look at damaged and missing objects, . According to the claims center, they are not obligated to reimburse me for missing items. So I think it's the same as a thievery ring. Damages are insured at such a low cost that it's scary. They pay depending on the weight of the item, except that it is NOT based on the weight of the item...it is based on a schedule that they don't give you. So, three pieces of antique furniture are ruined, and they're only willing to give me $120 for them...and nothing for a missing chair. It's completely absurd.
Effortless move
Our entire experience with Pick Up Movers has been fantastic. The gentlemen who delivered and picked it up at our house was very skilled at using the machine used to load and move the pod. Our belongings have arrived safely, we have moved across the world. The gentlemen who delivered the goods was welcoming to the location requested. Often take a suggestion from Pick Up Movers!!
Effective and punctual
Can't thank Pick Up Movers enough for their assistance. I've heard of a lot of people experiencing delays and difficulties moving around, but Pick Up Movers was able to get a quote and deliver it to us within 48 hours of our own previous transfer company canceling us as well. Dimitriy was able to send us a clarification of the estimate and easily uploaded the furniture. Our transfer from Ohio to Illinois was completed in two days.
Licenses & Certificates:
Companies that transport household goods within Florida like Pick Up Movers have to register annually with the Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services. The Bureau of Compliance is the responsible regulatory authority that manages intrastate movers. Movers should be registered with the FMCSA to operate interstate.
