Move
We hired Phoenix Movers to move our household items from AZ to UT... Unknown to us until the day of the move is they had contracted with a company called MMG movers. The company damaged our dining room table, outdoor furniture, dining room hutch and every box had huge dents in them with broken items. They quoted us a price of $7,000 after one of their reps came by our home...we signed a contract for that price...when MMG arrived on the day of the move their two men were HOSTILE...no other way to describe their behavior...they intimated me from the start...by the time they were ready to pack and load they wanted to charge us an additional $5000 from the original quote..From the moment they arrived they were looking for ways to upcharge. They wanted $300 to crate a cabinet and we agreed..all they did was put pieces of small cardboard around the four edges. They did not crate it. We really had no choice on the day of the move because we had to be out of the house and we had already paid thousands of dollars in the deposit and we would lose it if we did not go forward. We waited 9 days for our stuff to arrive in AZ...the same man from MMG that loaded it was the person delivering it. Again he was rude and hostile from the start. As we unloaded we started asking about all the damage we were seeing and he kept saying it was not his problem..we could file a claim but it wouldn't do any good. When everything was unloaded, he asked my husband to sign the delivery form and then he threw the receipt at my husband and walked away cursing at us. We contacted Phoenix and they did nothing to help us..said we had to file a claim thru a company called CSI....we are still waiting four months later. Nothings from CSI, Phoenix or MMG. Phoenix has taken no responsibility and either is MMG. DO NOT HIRE Phoenix Van Lines. or MMG Moving..What they did is criminal.
Good luck!
We contracted with Phoenix thinking that they we would be a go between and help us select a great mover. The picked one an F rating on the BBB and many 1 star reviews. When our belongings went missing they told us "sucks to be you, you let them take your stuff and so its your problem now."
I definitely recommend them
I will never hire another relocation company again. I'll only work with Phoenix Van Lines because they're the only ones who deserve to be given relocation work. I contacted them two months ago. It was a short notice relocation, given the date I requested. Despite this, they did it and made sure it was all excellent. It was a fantastic idea to get to know them. I highly recommend them.
Great Relocation
I don't have to worry about relocations now that Phoenix Van Lines is around. Everything will be OK, I am convinced. On Tuesday, these people were kind enough to move me in such a quiet and pleasant manner. It was a great surprise that they achieved it without any issues. I had assumed it wouldn't go my way, but I was completely mistaken. I'll never forget how cooperative they were on that particular day.
Good move
The experience with Phoenix Van Lines made me relaxed and confident that I was dealing with the best. I have found Phoenix Van Lines, which aimed to make the relocation as convenient as possible for their clients. Well, they did that. It's recommended.
Great Job
David and Alexander were wonderful. They came in time, worked quickly, and took care of my stuff. This was the best money you've ever spent. They made it so easy for me to move and stress free. The cost was perfect, I'd definitely recommend these guys to anyone. It's just a wonderful experience.
Satisfied
Very efficient from the beginning to the end. Mostly done on line, and I've been kept up to date throughout the process. I moved my 90-year-old parents so it was pretty stressful for all of us, but they were all very nice. Friendly people to deal with from a prompt first phone call to the end of my enquiry. Well done, Phoenix Van Lines and the boys. Can't thank them enough for that. It's highly recommended. Two thumbs up, man!
