Excellent service
I needed to move to NJ ASAP, I called Riki, I gave her all my information, I also gave her a list of all the furniture I need packed and moved. The truck was at my house the next day at 9 am. The crew was incredible, they wrapped up all my furniture. Loaded everything on the truck, happens that they already had a truck going to NJ, therefore, I received my items within 3 days. Furniture came in without any damage, and in great Shape. Thank you Riki and Ron for taking care of me. I will definitely recommend you to my friends and family.

“BE Very Aware!!”
I was shopping around for a moving company when I was got contacted by Riki from Pargon Van Lines. Riki assured me of a safe move of my furniture. Speaking with her for days calling me as late as 10 PM I decided to use paragon van line. Riki quoted me $1890 and said she wanted my business I agree with the amount. When Ron show called the manager which is the owner picked up my furniture he complain about everything on my inventory list as he continue packing my furniture. They damage my $1500 dining room chairs which I end up leaving behind. They haul out my furniture a few days later I get an email with a different quotes of 2385 because according to Ron he said if my furniture was too big and then I did not tell them that I had a sleep number bed which I did when I was going over my inventory with Riki. When question I was told that I’m lucky I didn’t get charge more that was the response that I got it from Riki. Now, It’s delivery time another problem that occur with Mr. Ron that Must pay with cash if I want my furniture to delivery. By the way, my delivery day got changed twice. On delivery day problems again. Wanted to charge me an extra $75 for six extra steps. With!!! only the driver showed up for my move. While I’m packing my furniture they have damaged my 55 inch curved TV crack glass, four pieces of furniture with legs broken. missing two boxes damage class ware dishes you name is broken. The best advice I could give you do not use this company they are bunch of crooks and I unprofessional after they take your business didn’t want to deal with you anymore. I regret using your company for my move. I will not be recommending your company. No customer service!!!!! Ricki shame on you shame!!! be careful with Lucifer.........

from Boca Raton to Boca Raton
Paragon Van Lines best movers period!
Extremely reliable and nice. Very professional work. They wrapped everything with blankets and tape in a perfect way. Disassembled and assembled everything like it never happened. The move went extremely smooth. I highly recommend these guys to anyone that needs to move either locally or long distance.
Worst experience ever
This was by far the worst experience I've ever had with a moving company!! Ron and Riki made promises in the beginning, but everything changed the moment they picked up my belongings! The price has changed, as has the shipping date! Ron stated that the price would change because their initial quote was an estimate, which I understood. But then he reversed his decision and doubled the amount of the upcharge. When I tried to contact him, he kept ignoring me. And, while I understand that they cannot give you a specific delivery date, I explained to them that I needed to make flight arrangements for this move. Ron and Riki both told me that it would arrive in time for my move-in date, so I booked the flights. For five days, he avoided my phone calls. When he finally responded, he said he would deliver my items seven days after the agreed-upon date. It was too late to cancel my flight reservations by this point, so I lost that money! Sadly, I had to rebook another flight in order to attend the delivery. My recommendation is to never, ever use this moving business!!
from Boynton Beach to Delray Beach
Paragon Van Lines.
I used Paragon (Ron Kadosh) for two separate moves a week apart because I had to move out of my apartment on November 30th and couldn't move into my new apartment until December 6th. The first relocation took place from Boynton Beach to a storage unit in Delray Beach. The second was a five-minute away from the storage unit to an apartment in Delray Beach. Except for some items being "hurled" into the storage unit, the first move went pretty well. Fortunately, no one was hurt. As my possessions were already packaged and wrapped, I reasoned that having them make the second move would be easier and less costly than unwrapping everything and having someone else repack it. I paid them the agreed-upon amount and scheduled them for the following week. The relocation took about three hours. They showed up on time, but there were three of them this time. Our agreement called for two men to be paid $95 per hour. I didn't complain because I was in a hurry. They immediately loaded the truck, and we drove to my new apartment. When we arrived, Ron Kadosh asked for the balance owed to him. I inquired as to how he knew how much I owed him given that he had no idea how long it would take. He told me that the relocation would cost a flat fee of $770. We fought because I had NEVER agreed to a flat fee. He threatened to drive away with my possessions unless I paid. I told him he could go ahead, but I wasn't going to let him rob me. My girlfriend persuaded me to pay him and then go after him while he was on the phone. I gave him $710 in payment. The entire relocation took three hours. I ended up paying him more than $200 an hour. The man is a thief. There isn't another way to say it. The advertises on his flyer that he is a member of the BBB and the AMSA. He belongs to neither. I'm in the process of filing complaints with a slew of regulatory agencies and business organizations. When I tried to look him up on the Department of Transportation's website, he was nowhere to be found. Please trust me when I say that you should not use this mover. Just one more thing. When they took the $79 deposit for the second move, they took it twice. They promised to refund me but never did. I handled everything through my bank. RUN AWAY FROM THEM!!
Great move
I can't say enough good things about these guys. They were timely and competent, and they made me feel like my move was important to them. I would strongly recommend this company to anyone who is planning a big move! Small or large, they know how to get the job done without a hitch. Generally, 5 stars.
Smooth move
The guys moved everything rapidly but efficiently, and all of my possessions arrived in perfect condition at their new home. I was disappointed to see the guys drive away at the end of the day. We became fast friends, and I wish them the best of luck.
Wonderful service!
I used Paragon Van Lines services two years ago and am now ready to move my home from New York to Florida with this fantastic company once more. The crew members are experts; they packed everything for me, including my delicate items, and everything arrived in perfect condition. Crew members showed up on time and were very efficient when they arrived at their final destination. They didn't even leave my home until everything was clear and clean. I hope to see you all again for another move. Thank you very much
