Stress-free move
The Oz movers showed up on time, and I explained what to do, how to do it, and where to put it. The guys moved in such a smooth and efficient manner that it was evident from the beginning that the Head Mover knew what he was doing and how to properly position his men to finish the work safely, without causing any damage, and on schedule. I could say, you will have no problems if you mark all of your stuff the way the guy who comes out to price the job, in this case Ron, tells you to. In about a month, I'll be hiring Oz Moving & Storage for another move.
Do not use Oz
Today, Oz Moving company delivered my furniture. We had initially set a virtual walkthrough to get an estimate. Once they came to pack our stuff, they charged us $2,500 more than the estimate, which means you cannot trust their estimate process. While packing, after I bought the crew lunch and was throwing the trash away, I saw they had broken glassware and had not bothered to mention it or to tell us. I had also set aside important documents in a bag and told them not to pack it. This accidentally got packed. The sales person told us delivery would be Oct 27th to Oct 30th. My furniture was delivered on Nov 3rd. When the furniture was delivered, somehow they had misplaced parts of my bed frame. Based on the services provided, they were supposed to breakdown and reassemble furniture but that did not happen with my bed frame. Aside from that, as I have been unpacking things, I have seen that a lot of the boxes had more paper in it than anything else and they had packed trash up. So basically the additional $2,500 was because of inefficient packing and trash on top of the 14k that they quoted. This company is not professional so customers should be aware. Don't make the same mistake I made.

WORST MOVER EVER DID NOT SPEAK ANY TRUTH
They broke a lot of my things! The worst movers in the world. Do yourself a favor and never call them.
Terrible Job & Customer Service
It was one of the worst experiences I have ever had. All of their services were bad. They were unpunctual, they didn't even know how to pack correctly and they damaged a lot of my things. Customer service is a joke, they are just rude and do not offer any solution.
If I could five 0 stars, I would
They lied to me from start to finish about the services they offered. They ruined a lot of my stuff and never listened to my claims. It was surprising how they manipulate the information to confuse you and take your money.

Great move during COVID-19 Crisis
The workers took the preventive rules for the pandemic, they were very friendly and made me feel like my things were safe. Good service.
