My whole moving experience was mediocre. My mattress was ruined during the transfer. My mirror was only reinstalled on one side of my dresser. During the relocation, something heavy looked to have been placed on top of my computer table, bending the CD holders. I'd say the team worked effectively together and relocated me in half the time that was given.

Worst service ever!

I hired this firm to transfer my possessions from Washington State to Virginia. the things were taken up. My belongings have still not been delivered informs me that they are still in storage in Washington and will not allow me to have another truck or carrier bring the items to me. The money has been paid in full, and they are way past the 21-day delivery deadline. Do not put your trust in this firm!

They do professional work when coordinating your move. Their entire team of movers is very courteous and they do their job very efficiently. I would use this company again!

Outstanding

I have hired them twice and they are amazing! All my things arrived perfectly, without a scratch. The price was also fair, I recommend them!

Terrible experience

My freezer and other important pieces of furniture were damaged. I thought it would be better to hire a company than to move by ourselves but working with them was so stressful! They asked for extra money for everything and if you want to complain they never answer you.

Horrible company

Although they have been informed of all your inventory before, AFTER your things are in their truck, they say you used more space than agreed so they double the price of transportation. When at last, after a long time, they delivered my things, there were missing boxes, they broke a television and other little items were mistreated. They never answer the phone they gave me to make claims.

Lousy service

They only tell you a bunch of lies! They change the dates many times and filled you up with extra fees and when you call to know about the procedure the information does not match or sometimes they do not even bother to pick up the phone.

Damaged goods, unprofessional, misrepresentation

They mistreated all my things, my paintings were ruined, they were late on the delivery, they were rude, and don't offer you any kind of protection for your things. And even though everything was disastrous and stressful, I ended up paying a couple of thousand dollars more than the initial budget they gave me.

They told me a fair price and made my long move easy and great. I always knew where my things were, so I am happy that I hired this company.

Terrible, do not use this company!

It is better to call a more reliable company than this. They raised the price of the move dramatically on three occasions, were many days late, and failed to take appropriate security measures. They are irresponsible brokers.
