Abusive and rude staff

This company loaded the belongings of an elderly woman (83) who told her that the price would be increased by 2.5 times the contract price! Then they threatened her with taking her belongings if she didn't give them money!! All is encouraged to file a complaint with the FMCSA and the Attorney General. What level would you go to abuse an elderly lady? This is sickening!

Beware of this thieves

Don`t hire this company. When a third-party mover (Boost Express Van Lines) arrived, they quoted a price that doubled. They destroyed many of my belongings but only paid $108 in damages. A year later, I still haven't got my damage check. RUN from National Moving and Storage as well as Boost Express Van Lines!!

Excellent move!
