They are scammers
The worst company I've ever worked for. Be careful of this company. Please remember to include a binding estimate at the outset. They can raise the price after loading the truck. They demanded to double the bill for delivery. Because of this moving company, we are lying on the floor with no belongings.

Great company service
What a fantastic service!! This is my second time using National Express Vanlines, and I couldn't be happier. Personal concierge has been very attentive both times and manages all of the difficult aspects of traveling. This time, I'm working with them, and they're fantastic. My moving crew John and his colleague did an outstanding job moving furniture from my mother's house to mine. They arrived on time, were courteous, and completed all of my requests. The Bureau of Compliance is the responsible regulatory authority that manages intrastate movers. Movers should be registered with the FMCSA to operate interstate.
