BEWARE

This is the absolute worst company you could possibly go with. It is a huge regret of mine that I did. They damaged just about everything & were incredibly disrespectful while moving me out of my condo. They damaged my floors in my condo & I had to give a credit to the buyer for the damage. They damaged my things in transit and actually admitted to snapping my recliner sofa piece in half to make it fit in a storage unit. The lead mover who came was akin to the scammers that call you and harass you as he tried to charge me 5 times what I was quoted. They held all of my things hostage for 5 months and ignored my calls/emails. I thought that all of my belongings were gone for good. Finally 5 months later I was able to get my items delivered. Most of it was damaged, they never drained my washer which they were supposed to do and agreed to do & now it has mold and is useless. I have to pay to have that handled. No one at the company including Mike the owner is helpful. Cheryl is the ringer she is super sweet and will reel you in but when you need help later on she won't do a dam thing. Jennifer thinks she doesn't need to return any sort of communication attempt ever. Just the worst most stressful experience from the second they walked in my door until now, 1 year later where I'm still fighting to get my money back for damages and have reported them to the state who is now investigating them for a number of things. BEWARE AND STAY AWAY. PLEASE DONT MAKE THE MISTAKES I DID. LET MY EXPERIENCE SAVE YOU A YEAR AND COUNTING OF ABSOLUTE HELL.

Fraudulent Company

Serious warning!!! Do Not use this company for your relocation moving, they are completely unethical and fraudulent place to do business with. Here is the my experience story: before I finalized the contract with this company the sales representative would return my calls or texts for any questions/concerns I have within the minute, however, soon after I signed the contract with her and put the deposit down the sales rep disappeared immediately to completely ignore my numerous calls or text messages to her. I was also told by the same sales rep that someone from their company would contact me couple days before scheduled moving date to confirm, but I never got contacted by anyone from their side three days before the scheduled moving day, so I had to call/text to the same sales rep for more than 10 times but never heard back from her even once. The customer service person finally called me back one day prior to the moving. On the moving day the movers uploaded all the stuffs/items so loosely into truck between the spaces, then at the end of finishing the loading I was told the 800 square feet originally quoted was not enough to accommodate all of my items, so they charged me additional 460 square feet at total of extra $2228 (this is the easiest way they do the business to force the customers end up paying more with no or little choices). About one week later when my stuffs finally arrived from NJ to FL destination I found out the 18 wheeler moving truck is from a different company. Instead of leaving large space between the items like the movers did for uploading, this truck company has squeezed almost every single inch of the space to have items fit into his truck for multiple families. Because of the too tight between the spaces my bed-frame had been damaged with scratches, my excursive bench had been careless cut on the surface when the movers unpacking it. Overall it was horrible and shame experiences I have had with this so called Moving Relocation Systems company. Bottom line is do Never do the business with them to put your emotion and money at the high risk.

ZERO stars for Moving Relocation Systems

If I could I'd give them 0 stars I would! Good companies don’t need reviews, people only leave reviews when a company doesn't hold up their side of the service. This company should NOT be considered a "TOP 5 RATED MOVING COMPANY". THEY ARE ALSO NOT BBB ACCREDITED. Israel, Mike, Jennifer, and Amir, I don’t know how you all sleep at night knowing you scam and steal from people! From the low initial quote - which by the way my husband walked through every room and told Israel EXACTLY what was coming (what it's really called is a bait and switch), to the lack of communication, to the showing up 24 hours unannounced, but as per Amir we didn't say the date we did (still waiting on those transcriptions, bud). I'm guessing we never got them because you're wrong. Whenever we tried reaching out when they did wrong no one answered & when they did, we would get the run around or a snotty attitude from Jennifer. OR they ghost you, but when they need payment they are nice and say "any resolutions will be deducted off the final price." WRONG. Not only were we charged close to 3 times the amount we were quoted because of a HORRIBLE quote from Israel who was also supposed to be our POC throughout our whole move if anything went wrong, HEY just so you know Israel left us out to dry-until this day we still haven't heard from him, although we have called, left voice mails, emailed, AND even texted his number he provided us with. Amir, who is the "dispatch supervisor" (not much of a supervisor and professional BTW) called my husband a liar and when my husband asked for transcripts since all the phone conversations are "recorded," as per Amir, he never sent those over either (we're still waiting on those if you care to send them over). Mike, who calls himself the "supervisor", didn't have time for us because he was waiting for a flight with his wife on a Friday afternoon while our whole move was a disaster - great supervising done on your end, pal. Jennifer, their secretary, is snotty, condescending, and apparently can not deal with hard situations as she told my husband and blamed my husband for their mistakes. She seems to be blind to the fact that her bosses put her in these situations, not the customers. If the customers were treated correctly they wouldn't be getting the phone calls they get. NOT a professional company at all. They lack empathy and ANY proper business etiquette, they make it sound like they care and are there for you in the beginning, BUT they aren't, they're only there for your money. It really is a shame. Again, not sure how people like this are still in business and not only that but how do they sleep at night? They haven't reached out to us with a "resolution", they probably think we forgot, but when you take food out of peoples mouths people don’t forget. They took advantage, they saw their opportunity and jumped right on it. Moving Relocation Systems, please know I will not stop posting and or reaching out to BBB, and FMCSA until YOU reach out to us and make this right and resolve this issue to a matter of our liking. If this doesn't happen, PLEASE understand our lawyers will be in-touch, and if I remember correctly, as per Mike, (who was waiting for a flight with his wife) didn't care to make that clear as we were having issues with the moving company he supervises and his phone call with my husband they are "ready for lawyers". To anyone looking to move, do your research. If it sounds too good to be true it probably is. This company likes to pull what they call a "bait and switch", and believe me when I tell you this review is missing a lot of things that SHOULD be in here. Like our missing and broken items, etc. ALSO make sure to read their low rated reviews, which they may try and block now so no one sees our review and any other reviews posted, like they did on their facebook page. Moving Relocation Systems, LLC we hope to hear from you after this review. THANK YOU :)

Avoid this company

This company arrived to our house and just took a part of the inventory list before disappearing off the face of the earth. We had to call the police since they would not return our calls. Please do yourself a favor and avoid doing business with this company! They don't listen, and they don't follow through on legally binding commitments. They give you a customer support number, but we've left over ten messages and have yet to receive a call back.

My horrible move

Do not attempt it! The absolute worst business I've ever hired for ANYTHING, let alone relocating. In Florida, I moved into a spanking new townhouse. Construction is new. The new hardwood steps leading up to our front door were gauged in the same pattern all the way up, indicating that they dragged something all the way up. I gave them exact instructions on where to put stuff, and they completely messed that up by putting things in the wrong rooms. They scuffed the paint on the walls all over the house. There's a laundry list of things to do. We are disputing a chunk of the charge with Moving Relocation Systems and are considering legal action. NEVER EVER

Double Face

Everything was perfect, the friendly managers, the low prices ... Until you give them your money. Then it is almost impossible to contact them, and they just call to add more charges to your bill while they have your things as hostages. Then they deliver them to you damaged and broken, and they only reimburse you for a ridiculous fraction of money. Total fraud.

Deception and dishonesty...at your Service!

All the workers in this company are dishonest. Even the movers used more boxes than necessary to increase the cubic meters and thus raise the price of the service even more. They broke and damaged a lot of things, and their refund policies are pathetic. They disrespected and disappointed me.

Disappointed

Almost all of my glass things arrived broken. I remember that the movers packed everything very well, but they were not careful when unloading the boxes from the truck and left a complete mess right in front of my new house. The driver of the truck that delivered my things was totally rude and unprofessional.
