Worst moving company I've ever used.
Moving Express and Storage advisors are really helpful and polite, at least until they receive your payment. The nightmare then begins. They mislead about when they'll come to collect up your belongings. When they arrive, you learn that they underbid your task to gain your business and compel you to pay the greater price, or they leave you stranded at the last minute without a mover. That higher figure is exaggerated. Then you're left in the dark, with them failing to respond to emails or return phone calls to inquire on the status of your delivery. When my belongings came nine days late, I learned that Moving Express and Storage had been quite cruel to them. It appears like they dropped virtually all of my boxes, some many times and from significant heights. Because my new address couldn't handle a huge, I hired local movers to finish my relocation (for half the money intended to charge me). The locals were pleasant and competent, which was the polar opposite of every Moving Express and Storage employee.
