Everything went right until delivery

The sales and scheduling procedures were adequate, and the pick-up service was timely and courteous. It was a nightmare when I arrived at my new home. Many objects were broken because no care was taken; a headboard was ripped off, an entrance door bracket was ripped off the door, a toolbox was dropped, and so on. They must concentrate on their moving team. They are not anything I can use again.

Overcharged the price

I contacted and spoke with this company several times, we settled on a price, then I noticed they needed 10 days to get me my things, so I emailed back to my rep Keith young and we spoke about a price for next day delivery, I got the price in writing via email, and when I contacted back to make the agreements, he tried increasing the price 900, we went back and forth, and they didn't do the job. I could go on, but there isn't enough space.

Nice movers

These guys did an outstanding job. William and Daniel arrived on schedule, optimistic, and ready to work. They didn't complain when we moved from a second and third-floor apartment to a house with two sets of spiral stairs. They were also able to transport a treadmill to the second floor through the spiral stairs. These guys are true experts of moving. I would highly recommend them for any type of relocation.

Great work

We wanted assistance moving around on what felt like the hottest day of the year. We had four movers and a tractor on hand. They were all very hard workers. We had to buy them water, which was fine with me. There were no losses at all. I will strongly recommend them to everyone.
