Long distance move
This organization was lying to me and extorting me. The binding quotation amounted to $1261 after the truck was loaded. They were four hours late for delivery. A lot of boxes had been lowered and/or shipped down. My gun, too, was sent upside down. A lot of my belongings have been lost or damaged. My ladders have never made it to my new house. Keep away of this company!
Didn't deliver my stuff
Sadly, the company has long passed its expected delivery deadline for my shipment, and I still haven't received my belongings. Customer support is not attentive. Mission Transportation costs me and my family time and money, and I advise you to be careful when planning your move. Mission Transportation has become a nightmare to me.
My experience
I relocated from San Diego to Las Vegas recently When I choose the Mission Movers And she was wonderful talking to Cindy. We had a lot of things, and it had to be picked up at a few places. The Mission handled this professionally and on schedule. All of our stuff arrived in Las Vegas the same day we moved in. Great job!
Don't hire this company
These guys are going to "lose" or they're going to destroy your home. They're going to say you've got a quotation, but once they pick up your things, they're going to raise their prices. They have no respect or care to offer customer support. STAY AWAY!
