We had various damages
Movers arrived late and smashed our belongings around with the force befitting their name. After our transfer, we realized certain goods were missing, and when we spoke with the owner, he stated, "It is what it is, oh well." Anyone who hires these movers is in for a nightmare of a moving experience. Do not hire them! We had various damages for which we were not compensated and were advised to go to court and prove it.

My moving experience
My moving experience with Milestone was a complete disaster. First, they forgot to forward the specifics of my relocation to their local contractor, so that they could show up with a truck not big enough for the work, or with the support they needed. The poor man ended up using his wife to drive a pickup truck to accommodate the load balance. And when I was stuffing my car to the brim, I had to leave my personal belongings behind. Second, one of the contractors left in the middle of the transfer and declined to move across the state. My girlfriend, her sister, and I ended up having to unload the car with the mover and his mom. The transfer that was "estimated" to finish by 5 p.m. did not stop until 1 a.m., for which we were charged extra. Afterwards, when I reported to the Milestone corporate office, I received absolutely NO help, no comprehension, no refund or discount. Just excuses, one of which was to blame me for underestimating the move; even though I provided a complete list of items and pictures; none of which was forwarded to their local contractor. It's a bad business with weak leadership at the highest level. They did not take any blame for communication failure and/or poor results. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.

My move
I didn't have any issues with Milestone Relocation Solutions, the movers arrived on time and actually finished early in the minimum time scheduled. I had to adjust the date of my transfer, and they didn't have a problem offering me another day, and even an earlier time. Jim Prouty was a breeze to work, and I'm sure I'm going to recommend this moving business to anyone I meet. Yolanda.

Great movers ever
I've had a really limited time to travel on my own. I've contacted a lot of movers, and I'm so happy I've settled on Milestone Relocation Solutions. From the very first time I spoke to them, they worked with me on the rate, and the movers were fantastic! I would recommend it to someone else!

Happy customer
After my customer's mover friends failed to show up for her transfer, I contacted a few movers for last-minute service. Only Milestone Relocation Solutions was able to fit my client to their timeline. I'm so happy they did that. I was very satisfied with their service, along with my client. The movers were very collaborative, helpful in handling every detail and offering quality service. There was daily communication with the dispatcher and confirmation of the arrival of the movers. They've done a fine job.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - FRAUD
The office staff of this company is full of liars. They overcharged me and didn't send enough movers. They ignored my messages and my calls and when I was finally able to reach a supervisor, it didn't help me at all. I keep fighting for the money that was stolen from me!
