This firm misled, saying I had a 15x15 space for a little over $2,200, paid a $400 deposit, just to find out my area is 8'8x 5'5, therefore the new price is over 4,000 for that 15' space. They will not return your money, but will store it for 24 months if you wish to hire them again. They were really rude after I cancelled and practically hung up on me when I asked for a confirmation. This is a fraud; instead, go to Penske or U-Haul. Midnational will tell you 15 feet per room, how many rooms you want, and then physically downsize it at the end, charging by cubic feet. I have to agree with the other people writing these stories, they weren't lying. I'm not either. The Better Business Bureau should conduct an investigation into this company.
It was a terrible move.
For whatever reason, they will never discuss in detail the pros and cons of the contract they are drafting for you before luring you to sign it. They will also shift your task to unknown third-party movers who will show up at your door for the first time on the day and time of scheduled movement of goods, and they will rush you through a new contract fully. They were all wanting your money and didn't care what happened to your items after that. Guys, beware! These people are horrible news, swindlers, and ruthless!
HORRIBLE! At all costs, avoid!
Midnational and Most Valuable Movers were dreadful! First and foremost, they DID NOT SHOW UP OR CALL ON THE DAY MY MOVE WAS SCHEDULED, and I couldn't reach customer service since they didn't answer up my phone. They claimed they would come the next day when my boyfriend finally called (from his phone!). However, I still had to clean my apartment, which took a large amount of time, and I ended up losing money from my security deposit because I simply didn't have time to clean. When they eventually arrived, the movers were disrespectful and literally FORGOT a bunch of my belongings. They didn't even box it, so I had to leave it there because I couldn't carry it several states away. They also smashed much of my glass, despite the fact that I had it wrapped, so it had to be thrown away. It was one of the most stressful and horrible experiences in my life, and I strongly advise anyone thinking about using them to reconsider!
Crooks
Worst experience ever, avoid using this firm because they are criminals. The first impression was positive. I spoke with an agent, who told me that my estimate was correct and that there would be no further charges if everything lined up with what I provided him. I even called twice to add extra items in order to avoid any surprises when it came time to pick up my furniture. I WAS INFORMED that my furniture would be disassembled and reassembled during pick-up and delivery. I have copied and pasted what was written below.. movers demanded an additional price of 50 upon delivery to put my furniture back together. Recognizing Your Estimate Standard Full-Service Relocation Includes: Standard All goods must be loaded and unloaded. Transport for your package. Standard furniture disassembly and re-assembly. I was also assured that because it was a short distance transfer, my stuff would be delivered the same day. YET ANOTHER LIE Items were collected on Sunday and delivered on Tuesday. The movers are ineffective communicators. informed me that they will arrive between 12:15pm and 2:15pm. They did not arrive until 4 p.m., despite no prior notification. 4 other things were tacked on when the mover picked up the furniture, and YES, I expected to pay more. the sales rep, told me that small boxes cost $8 each box and large bins were $13 per bin. I added a total of three little boxes and two large bins; when you sum them all together, an additional $50 is owed. So I was extremely taken aback when the mover sent me a cost that included an additional $363 for my extra four items. Crooks, crooks, crooks, crooks, Also, when my furniture was delivered, I was informed that they do not reassemble furniture and that if I wanted that service, I would have to pay an additional $50. I then called MIDNATIONAL MOVERS and spoke with FAITH, who said a manager would call. NO MANAGEMENT CALL EVER HAPPENED. I called in today about the issue and was told I had excess things and will be charged $75, after which she disconnected the conversation. When I called back, she hung up again. I've never had such bad service in my life. Be cautious because once they have your money, you are no longer a concern. I've also contacted Adrian, who now appears to be. You are no longer a factor once you sign the contract.
Dreadful moving
I wish there was a way to give them less than one star. A customer support agent misled me into thinking that an 8-hour delivery would be no problem, and that my delivery would be made within the 13 days I allotted them before starting work. My moving window has been open for 24 days. My call/voice message return rate is 0/15. The company they hired to conduct the pick-up/drop-off doesn't even have a website and tells me it's not their responsibility. MIDNATIONAL MOVING assured them that getting my belongings transported in a timely manner would not be an issue. This is my first experience with a "professional" moving firm, and I'm not sure how they're still in business.
Hire them was a big mistake
Moving into an apartment is without a doubt the worst moving experience I've ever experienced. They not only raised the price once the movers arrived, but they also had damaged and missing furniture. Midnational's customer service has been quite unprofessional. I never get returned phone calls, and I've dealt with five different representatives. Two people have allegedly resigned, and one has been on vacation for three weeks or more. I paid by weight and was meant to be given a weight ticket, which I still haven't received from them. I'm aware that they're attempting to deceive me. I can honestly say that using MIDNATIONAL moving is a horrible idea. Do not attempt it.
Try to escape for your life!
Midnational was the worst experience I've ever experienced. The corporation accepted the upfront payment and turned over the business to Quality Relocation Services in Colorado. When two men in an Enterprise rental truck showed up, I had a bad feeling. My things arrived over three months later. The driver, who was driving a semi by himself, stated he couldn't get into town, so I agreed to pay for a rental vehicle so he could get to the location. Then there was the issue of a bureau being damaged and a sofa being completely lost (as in not delivered). Midnational provided no assistance during the transit period. It was really difficult to get Customer Service to respond or answer. I realized the only way to speak with someone was to contact the reservations line. Someone was always available to take on new clients. Forget it, current consumers. Midnational appears to be a broker-like business that farms out commissions to the lowest bidder. If you are considering moving your belongings and come across Midnational on the internet, flee for your life! Do not approach them.

Please don't use this company!
I'll try to keep this brief. I was charged far more than quoted after my belongings were already on the truck, and there was nothing I could do about it. I paid an additional fee to have my stuff delivered to my new apartment as soon as possible. The products were expected to arrive four days after being picked up. It's been two weeks since I was supposed to pick up my stuff, and I still haven't received anything. The moving representatives just told me today that my belongings are "missing" and that they will email me the paperwork to file a claim for reimbursement. They haven't emailed me yet. When I call, I never get the same individual, and they refuse to let me speak to a manager. They're all and can't even communicate in proper English. I've been sleeping on the floor of my new apartment and am quite frustrated with the moving company. I'm presently working on getting a lawyer involved, but because I'm just 20, I don't have the money to pay an excellent lawyer who will get my goods returned. Please, if it's the last thing you do, locate a better moving company.
Rip off
My final bill exceeds the original quote by more than 200 percent. Midnational Moving dispatched an unscrupulous mover to my house who ignored my attempts to call Midnatinal upon their arrival. When I contacted them again for assistance, they refused since I had not called them when the mover arrived. My goods are now in the hands of the removalists.
