Almost a month and still no delivery
This company has not helped me in any way to get my things back and more than 20 days have passed. They keep changing the delivery date over and over again.
Nice job!
Megan Van Lines was just amazing! They did all the packing and moving in a truly professional and effective way.
Awful service + bait and switch
I ended up paying them to double the original price. Their customer service is just shameless and I highly recommend never contacting them.
Horrible long Distance move from NV to PA
I'm very worried! I don't know where my things are. Two months ago they had to give them to me and they don't even give me clear information about it. They are just rude and unethical.
They robbed me
After my dad died, I called them for my disabled brother's move. They raised the price so many times that I can't remember anymore, and they charged a lot of extra commissions for random things. They threaten you with all these things when they already have your things stored in their truck, so you have no choice but to pay. At the time of delivery, they also charged me a very high amount once again. They never did a real inventory because they only care about your money.
POOR Customer Service
Never contact this company, their customer service is just pathetic.
Great job!
They were worth every penny! They are an excellent team, honest about their commissions, and very careful and professional.
A complete disaster, start to finish
A terrible company. They have an elaborate process to scam you. First, they give you a good price, then they double it just days before the move to force you to accept, and then when the movers come in with a poorly-made inventory list, they raise the price again. During the packing process, they were not careful, they damaged some objects and they were excessively slow. A total scam.
A DISASTER
Any positive review of this company was made by a bot. There is no other explanation because they offer a totally horrendous service, it is inefficient and expensive.
