I cannot thank them enough!
They were my movers, and they were prompt, efficient and friendly. The best part is that they already brought all the packing materials and placed them in my house a day prior to the move. As soon as they arrived, they got straight to work and didn’t stop until they were done. All my items arrived in an impeccable state. I cannot thank them enough!
Amazing service at very competitive prices!
They staff was upfront about the cost and services right from the get-go and assured me that they would supply me with all sorts of packing supplies because I wasn’t able to get any on my own. The move went off without a hitch and the final bill was also very reasonable. In case I ever move again, they’ll be the ones I’ll hire!
Keep it up guys.
With everyone pitching in, we accomplished more in less time. There were no hidden fees, and the total cost remained within the estimated range. When we finally unpacked most items a few days later, we were pleasantly surprised by the level of care and precision in their packaging. Keep it up guys.
Do not use this company
If I could give zero stars I would! I would NOT recommend this company. Before we hired them we spoke to Sonya multiple times and she convinced us this was a great company, they only had a few complaints, but overall they had good customer satisfaction! So we went with them. The day they delivered our stuff the movers barely wanted to put anything together before they left even though that’s what we paid for. My husband ended up doing most of the work! They charged us an extra almost $500 dollars the day they picked our stuff up for ONE piece of our sectional. The day of delivery they didn’t even deliver the other piece of the sectional and they cracked the tv stand. I’ve been calling multiple times and keep getting the same answer that they have to reach out to the carrier about our missing piece! We filed a claim and still haven’t heard anything back. It’s been almost a month since our delivery and we still don’t have the missing piece to our sectional or any answers as to where it is. The times they told us they would be here they never came at those times. We were always waiting hours for them to show up! I don’t know if this other reviews or true because we did not have a good experience. This company is very unprofessional and I would not recommend them!
I cannot praise them enough!
The moving unit took exceptional care of my computer and printer. especially fetched custom crates for them. Plus his crew also cushioned them in two layers of padding in the crates. They also packed the supportive accessories separately. I was grateful since everything made it over safely. I cannot praise them enough!
Peaceful Service!
I cannot tell you how much I appreciate your prompt response to my desperate need for help sending a bulky box to my son in CT. They came securely before I even received the invoice in my inbox. Thank you very much for your assistance.
Awful Awful Company
If I could give this place a 0 stars, I would. My mom used these brokers for her cross country move from Ohio to Arizona. They sold the job to a company called "On Track Mover". That company was OVER TWO WEEKS LATE. They gave a one week grace past when she got there and then took that week AND TWO MORE. Not only that when she finally did get her things they were either damaged, completely broken, OR STOLEN. As the movers were unpacking my mother would say "Hey wait this is missing, or hey this is broken." They would ROLL THEIR EYES AT HER and go "just file a claim lady." AND WOULD WALK AWAY. This is completely unacceptable. They broke her bedframe that is solid oak. Its unrepairable. But she follows protocol, she files a claim with Medal of Honor. Medal of Honor then proceeds to take her claim and go "it takes three months to process". REALLY?! But she waits the three months. Like I said, EVERYTHING was either missing, damaged, or completely broken. She had no choice. She needed the reimbursement funds to repurchase the missing/broken items. After three months was up, she called Medal of Honor. THEY DON'T EVEN HAVE A CLAIM FOR HER. She is forced to do a whole new one, so she does. Again she just wants to replace her items. They say the exact same thing "it takes three months" and once again she has YET to hear from anyone. So now, my retired mother has nothing but damaged and broken furniture and household items. Some that meant the world to her and came from her family that has passed years and years ago. This company DOES NOT CARE and refuses to help and take accountability. I am ashamed for them. I would never in a million years recommend them to anyone. In fact, my mother and I are looking into taking legal action at this point and taking them to court over this. This is a disgusting way to treat customers.
They are helpful and cheap!
I encourage these guys, especially for long-distance relocations; there's a maximum chance of breakage and damage that can be caused to the possessions when the way is long and bumpy. The steep path couldn't harm my delicate appliances because of these experts' packing game. They were as secure and safe as solid in those cartons.
Our movers were Great.
Medal of Honor Moving Group is one of its own kind, their services are impeccable in every way. I had a really pleasant interaction with their staff quite recently. They had their undivided attention on me throughout our meeting and they actively took notes of all the details I provided them. They also helped me pick out the most suitable option for myself out of the many they offered. They didn’t rush the process and let me take my time. Wonderful!
Everything went smoothly!
Their humor helped me relax and feel better. I have the utmost respect for them. Our fourth move in five years was the most successful, largely thanks to your team's hard work and professionalism. Highly suggested. We were very happy with our moving experience from start to finish.
