A company's scam
Please be cautious and avoid doing business with this firm! They are a con. They will feed you a slew of lies before taking your money and fleeing. We are a military family who engaged this company to handle our relocation. They gave us a lot of quotes and pretended to be a moving company, even acting as if they were on the phone with their dispatch. We then discovered that they were merely a brokerage firm. They offered us a quotation and then engaged the shadiest firm they could find. They sent criminals to our house who didn't even have a driver's license since they couldn't enter the military base. Mayflower, the firm they hired, tried to charge us an additional $11,000 when we were only supposed to pay $3000. We had to rent a vehicle and drive across the nation by ourselves. Now, a month later, despite the fact that Mayflower breached their contract, they refuse to refund us! Please avoid doing business with this company.
Poor service
It's been a pretty difficult situation. They hired a carrier that did a poor job packing and charged 40% more than the initial quote. I sent a complaint to the moving company and contacted multiple times, but I have yet to hear back from them or the carrier. Now if it appears that my responsibility is to contact the carrier directly, why did I hire them in the first place when I could have hired a local company that provided better service? Naturally, the individual who sold me the service vanished. It's been a dreadful experience thus far, and I'm ready for it to be over. The carrier is classic Mayflower Transit, which has a bad reputation.
Stealing - Scam
BEWARE-THEFT-They hired someone from an internet ad to pack our house, and they came in and took our wallet, which included $400. A police report was made, and the lead crew member revealed to officers that he didn't have any of their information. Only their first name, a brief description, and a phone number are provided. After the police complaint was made, they quoted $9500 and came back with $20,000 instead. Ray, the company's "number 2," added, "We have your things, you signed the contract, and if you want your stuff, you're going to have to pay." DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY.
Thank you!!
Excellent service! Extreme care was taken in shipping my antique mirror. It arrived fully padded and without a scratch. Thank you so much! Highly appreciate your care and strongly recommend you to all my friends!
Bad situation
The rudest corporation you'll ever deal with. Two estimates differ by $2500. He referred to me as a "rude lady." I told him repeatedly that I didn't have time to do it right now. Then his phone and claims he is the owner refuses to provide his federal tax ID, refuses to provide his last name, and refuses to confirm the exact address of the business. He began shouting and yelling at me again. I would never, ever, ever recommend this firm.

Awful service in all ways
I hired two movers to assist me in moving furniture from my garage into my home. Only one person showed up. I called the company, and the other one arrived 1 1/2 hours later. They then showed complete disregard for my home, damaging not only the paint on several walls but also a door frame. I was required to not only assist them in moving the largest item but also to instruct them on how to move it upstairs. If you want to move, I would recommend that you look for another company, as the men they sent were inexperienced and appeared to be on the street.

Extra charges for wrapping.
I was charged for "items" that I did not utilize throughout the relocation. I received a half refund after complaining. What if I hadn't objected? The employees were outstanding, professional, and worked swiftly and effectively. They were courteous and extremely contentious during the relocation. By hurting their buttocks, they saved me a half-hour of unloading time. The office management inquired, "What did I want?" I told them I needed to be charged properly and frankly. Materials cost $62.00. All of my things came in boxes, with the exception of five items that were shrink-wrapped and taped. All of the covers were replaced. I requested an itemized bill of "materials," but as of this writing, I had not received one. I will use this agency again, but I would not entrust them with any stuff. The movers were excellent, yet Nothing was harmed in any manner during packing or transportation.
Thieves
A scumbag gang of liars and thieves. the personal coordinator, was assigned to me. She vanished after being so glad and kind to accept my money. I never heard from them again after they took my money. They informed me that a truck had broken down and that I would have to reschedule my date. I called back to confirm the time and day, but each time I was told that no one was available. I messaged my "personal coordinator" to see if she could confirm the adjustments, and she simply replied, "okay." I hope I could show you how nice her texts were when she took money from me over the weekend. I began to read reports of the same exact thing happening to others, and I began to have a strange vibe. I'm currently seeking to get my money returned because what I was told over the phone was not what I received! This is a FRAUD. Don't waste your time. I'm not going to give up until I get my money back. Even if it is only a small part. I'm glad I didn't offer these individuals my personal possessions.
Discrepancy in estimate
I gave them all the details of my inventory and even so on the day of the move they charged me more than a thousand dollars more. When I called customer service, they didn't help me at all.
5 stars
My experience with them was amazing! Their price was excellent and the movers who came to my house packed everything for me and were very efficient. My things were delivered quickly, and their customer service was always there to answer any questions.
