Realistic quotes, good movers
Long Distance Relocation provided us with an excellent service. We relocated from a third-floor, two-bedroom condo to a single-family home less than 100 miles away. These men were on time, efficient, and worked hard without complaint. I was packing some last-minute boxes when I noticed my living room furniture had been professionally disassembled and wrapped in anticipation for the relocation. They moved quickly! Transportation was convenient, and the transition to the new home was smooth. It comes highly recommended. They were accurate and realistic in their estimates.
The best option
After speaking with three or four companies, I decided on LONG DISTANCE RELOCATION because they thoroughly described the entire moving procedure to me. When I called with questions, they were fast to respond and provide answers. They made the transfer despite the fact that it was on short notice. I signed the paperwork, and they were ready to pick up two days later, as stated. I can't thank them enough for rescuing me from my situation. The service was excellent.
5 stars
We selected LDR for our long-distance move because it was my first cross-country move. I had a conversation with Matt. He told me that my relocation would be stress-free, and he was from the same neighborhood in New York as me, which made me feel more relaxed. I just wanted to let you know that my move went smoothly and this is definitely a five-star experience.

OK in terms of organization
Most significantly, all of my belongings arrived with very little damage or loss. I believe they misplaced a power wire and damaged a light in total. Not bad for over 4,000 kilometers. The people who packed everything performed an excellent job, as did the guys who unloaded everything. However, there was a lack of organization - I was not given sufficient notice when the things came, so I had to leave work about an hour after I arrived. Also, they did not disclose payment criteria or how they computed expenses, which resulted in a few shocks for me. I'm still waiting to hear what they'll do regarding the lamp damage.

Thieves, bullies, and criminal
I am using this company for their heinous bullying, breach of contract, and outright lies! I demand that my money be returned to me. I'm going to file a complaint with the BBB and the Attorney General. In fact, I've heard from a number of consumers who have had similar situations. And we are banding together to file a class-action lawsuit, and we will not let up until this company is closed down!! The favorable ratings on this site are just FAKE!! This company should not be used in, from, or to Florida!! If you do, you will be sorry! If you have had a similar bad experience with this company, please contact me and consider joining our legal action!
Do not give your money to this scammers!
I will start saying that this move was an absolute disaster throughout, and after they "outsourced" the shipment of my things to another moving company, all I received were excuses and the blame game for every difficulty that emerged. My belongings were picked up in August, and I was informed they will be delivered in September. It didn't come yet. I didn't expect to be without any of my belongings for over three weeks, and they kept telling me it was on its way. Everything is a lie. I had to pay a large sum of money to REBUY fundamental daily necessities and was not rewarded in any way. They stated that they "technically" had 21 days AFTER my quoted date to deliver the things, despite the fact that this was not mentioned once in my quote or in any previous contact. Don't believe the salesperson; he lied to me and never returned my calls, messages, or emails. Don't use this company if you don't want to be miserable for a month. Also, the THIRD firm that delivered my items (outsourced to another via the intermediary company) broke a wheel on a chair, rendering it worthless.
Do not use or contact this scam company
I'm at a loss for words to express what type of nasty, dishonest, fraudsters, and deceitful corporation this is. I hope they go out of business one day. I was robbed of money. Quoted me a price for a move, accepted a deposit, and then increased my fee three times once my belongings were placed into a different moving company's truck, despite the fact that Long Distance Relocation Group Inc indicated they were a brokerage to me.
Well done
I was picked up by a long-distance relocation party for my transfer. Their workers worked quickly and effectively, pad wrapping and blanket wrapping everything. They expertly lined all of my China with saran wrap and other amusing materials. They really treated my belongings as if they were their own. The delivery was just too smooth. There was some minor damage to one of my televisions, but I filed an insurance claim and it was taken care of.
Easy move
The business was recommended to me by a neighbor. Because of the previous moving dissatisfaction, I had no complaints. The customer support department at the company is effective and reliable. They replied quickly to my message and promised to get me going by the third day. They arrived on time, and everything went splendidly.
Great Job
From beginning to end, you did an excellent job. All went smoothly. The whole team was professional and polite in every way. We will definitely use your services again. It was a pleasure doing business with you, and I would absolutely recommend you to my relatives.
