Great move
I've used Long Distance Inc twice now (once for myself and once for an employee of mine). Both experiences were enjoyable and easy. We talked with Brian, who was in charge of our relocation. I was unsure how to pack my platform bed, but Judy in customer service sent me instructions and answered many of my questions before the transfer. The movers themselves are fantastic, and my belongings arrived in the same condition a week and a half later. I charged $100 more than my original price because I couldn't fit all three televisions in my home.
Thank you Long Distance Relocation
Long distance relocation was the best moving company I've ever used, and I've done three transfers in my life on this wonderful green planet. In comparison to long-distance, my other two moves were awful. They know exactly what they're doing. Thank you for your long-distance assistance, and I wish you many blessings.
Worst than a nightmare
Have you ever had a nightmare of anything that could go wrong during a cross-country move? I guarantee that using this business would be a terrible experience. Anything from raising the fee on the day of the transfer to destroying much of my furniture to refusing to carry it up to my apartment to them not paying the insurance claim. Keep your distance!!
Awful move
Long Distance Relocation was horrible beyond belief. After several months with no response, we decided to hire an attorney and travel halfway across the country to retrieve our belongings and transfer them ourselves. Please, keep a safe distance from these scam artists.
