Last minute move
We needed to move quickly. These people were suggested to me by friends. I guess they're quite popular. Please contact them for an estimate. Provided me with accurate information. They didn't make any grand promises to me. They let me know what was and wasn't included. I appreciate the honesty.
Be careful!
It's TERRIBLE!! I've been in the freight forwarding business for 3 years, so I know that truckers and movers are hard to deal with, but these guys are much worse than I thought. They estimate doubled, they weren't careful about my stuff, and after I paid them, they kept putting my delivery back for days. They 'apologized' but did not offer any support. I didn't know they were the ones I was dealing with because I booked my transfer (DC region to Cleveland OH) via Budget Van Lines. Nathan (the supervisor) was very flirtatious, and this was extremely inappropriate. He wasn't helping to get the trucker to deliver my things. I'm so sad about that. I would never have recommended this van line to anyone. It was worth paying good money for a good mover. In the end, it's probably going to cost almost the same thing, because they add so many fees!
Good customer service
During my search for movers, Lite Van Lines almost fell under the radar because they don't advertise like crazy. Luckily, a friend recommended that I try them out, and the rest is history. If they keep their rates that fair, I'm going to keep with them for life!
Well Done!
Clay and Emery were wonderful, and they even came a little earlier than I had planned when I first booked them. They've been fast, professional, and courteous throughout. I'm going to use them again as soon as I get my stuff out of storage!! I will recommend them!
Fantastic
Using Lite Van Lines was smooth, transparent, and just what I needed to transfer some of the IT equipment and general office items from one location to another. They were fast and cautious, with no problems at all. Made a stroll in the park! Will definitely recommend this
