Very nice!

I called Levic Van Lines to assist with my move EXTREMELY LAST MINUTE. Robert great helped me in booking over the phone with exceptional customer service- she also followed up the night before to ease our worries. The movers showed up on time, and they were extremely friendly and professional and worked incredibly hard and fast. Fantastic experience all around, I will recommend to everyone, and most definitely use again.

The three movers arrived promptly as scheduled on the day of the move. They responded very fast for quotes, and the booking process was smooth. Per hour price was very competitive, although they do charge for a round trip (i.e., you pay for their time of driving back from new place to old place) which seems to be the norm. Robert and the crew worked tirelessly and meticulously to ensure nothing was damaged (both old and new house and our items). I would give five stars to the movers.

Well organized!

First, the price was just right. There were no hidden fees and a very straightforward, easy-to-read quote that stood apart from other companies. Second, their response time to my calls and emails was fast. I will be recommending them to anyone who needs movers! Lastly, day of the move, the two gentlemen were on time- alerted me with a ring that they were ready and started loading a truck in a very professional manner.

They were on time, friendly, fast, and best of all, LESS EXPENSIVE BY A LOT!!! Being able to pick up all our stuff without us being there was a lifesaver. They repeatedly offered to put furniture together for me (I declined for various reasons). They also have a box of screws if a screw comes off one of your chairs, furniture, etc., so when a screw came out of a chair we had, they just whipped out the screw box and put it back together! We will have another move coming soon, and I'll certainly ask for these guys again.

Smooth moers!

Have used Levic Van Lines many times... I love how they always take care of me and my things. When I moved my things to storage, they helped and did it quickly. The second time they assisted me to move into my new apartment, just like the first time, fast and smooth except for me because I had to suffer from the anxiety of finding a new area for everything, like everyone in a new home. And now, they cleared out my most extensive storage, like always the best. The costs are excellent, and the guys are amazing. You did a fantastic job.

I had such a positive experience with Levic Van Lines. The team came on time, took a quick tour of the apartment and got to work. They were fast and efficient. Loaded up all the boxes, disassembled the bed and wrapped every piece of furniture carefully. Pleasantly everything arrived in its original form and without any breakages or scratches. Work like aliens!

We had an excellent experience with Levic Van Lines. They were quick to respond and gave excellent rates for the move request. We talked about my requirement, Gilbert was prompt to respond to my queries and confirm the move. On the move day, 2 movers arrived on time and quickly started the process. They were fast and efficient, properly wrapped all my furniture and TV, nothing was damaged on the move. I am already hiring them for my next move. Highly recommend their service.

Wonderful!

They exceeded our expectations on all fronts. It started with prompt and clear communication from Gilbert about how much it would cost to hire them and the process of making an appointment. They showed up on time as promised. They get paid by time, but during the almost 9 hours they worked for us, we never felt that they were trying to prolong the engagement. Most of all, the care they took in packing and loading the stuff and later while unloading it at our new home was almost flawless. I hope we don't have to move anytime soon, but God forbid if I have to, they would undoubtedly be our 1st choice.

Brilliant Job!

Their customer service on the phone was excellent, and nothing changed when they got to my place. A 2-man crew got me out with the old and into the new in under 3 hours, considering the number of boxes I had them haul was no small feat. They took excellent care of all the boxes and furniture with nary no break or a scratch. This is a classy, professional moving company. Next time I move (which I hope is no time soon), Levic Van Lines will be my only call.

If something goes wrong, it's a nightmare.

I hired Levic Van Lines for a move. While they appeared to be a very easy to work with and reasonably priced company, be wary if something goes wrong. First, the one mover who seemed to be in charge basically extorted a $400 tip for himself and the other movers during the move. He said he wouldn't charge me all of these hidden fees if "I took care of them," and then he gave me his price. I was concerned that if I didn't pay him what he demanded, they would "drop" or "lose" my belongings. When I inquired about insurance, he basically stated that nothing ever happens, so I'll be fine. When the movers arrived at my new address, one of the shelves on my glass entertainment stand was shattered (picture attached), rendering the entire thing worthless. When I contacted Levic Van Lines about the damage, I was informed that they do not handle claims and that I would have to go through a third party (CSI Pros). That process was not easy, and it was clearly designed to cause claimants to abandon their claims because it was so time-consuming and frustrating. Even though Levic Van Lines was not at fault, it took three months to receive an offer of approximately $65 for a shattered glass piece of furniture. (approximately $500) that I had to replace and hire someone to assemble at a cost of approximately $300. I gave up fighting and agreed to this settlement, as it is intended for you to do. It took a few more weeks to receive the check. I strongly advise against using them.
