Items that were damaged or stolen

This firm was hired for Thursday, June 17, 2019, in Ft Worth, Texas. The movers were quite unprofessional; they fought during the move, and I had to stop them from moving my plants, despite the fact that it is stated that they do not carry living goods such as plants or animals. I'm pleased I didn't let them move my plants since they ruined a lot of my belongings and my flat. They scratched and scuffed a wall; this is a brand new flat, and we are the first residents. They refuse to resolve a difference in my bill. They damaged several of my belongings, including a record player (I witnessed them drop my record player box), a shattered TV screen, and a kitchen aid mixer. My PlayStation 4 had gone missing since the relocation, and the only way to find it was to submit a police report. They were harsh on our possessions. One of the movers informed my buddy that they move slowly in order to overcharge customers. I particularly inquired about my lost item, and they stated that they were unable to locate it. They were also careless in having me sign an acknowledgment after the transfer, and if you request any paperwork, such as an itemized receipt or paperwork you have signed, they are very delayed in delivering you these documents. Yes, this moving business is inexpensive, but the expense of damage to your belongings is not worth it. I strongly advise you to avoid using these movers since they will damage or steal your belongings and will accept no responsibility for it.

Awful Moving Experience

This was by far the worst moving experience I've ever had. I'm a 37-year-old military veteran with over 15 years of moving expertise. I chose Levic Moving movers since they came highly recommended for moving valuables and antiques. Surprisingly, I discovered shattered German crystal and an antique grandfather clock acquired in Black Forest, Germany. My antique clock was hand-carried down my stairs and into a vehicle by the movers (against my voiced concern). It was pouring, and one of the movers knocked over my clock, completely smashing it off its base. When I expressed my dissatisfaction with the damage and their failure to listen, the lead mover responded, "It isn't a big problem. All you have to do is wood glue it." When I phoned his supervisor to report the event and my unhappiness, he, too, pretended as if nothing had happened. When I asked for fresh movers, he said he could just end the work period. I was promised that the claim department at Levic Moving will call me. However, after more than a week of waiting, I had to contact them. Their answer was abysmal. I was assured that if I filled out the claim form, my clock will be correctly repaired. However, when the settlement was returned,Levic Moving movers wanted to accept $150.00 in exchange for signing a nondisclosure agreement. I declined, stating that the offer was completely offensive. I requested that they send out a third-party repair worker to examine the damage and offer an accurate price. That was nearly a week ago, and I have yet to hear from Levic Moving movers. Again, this is the most unprofessional and shaky action I have ever witnessed. Aside from ruining my stuff, the moving company charged me for time spent taking breaks, chatting on the phone with my spouse, and whining about having to work. I'm still waiting for Levic Moving movers to behave honestly.

DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND AVOID WORKING WITH THIS COMPANY.

I wish there was a way for me to award this firm ZERO ratings. What a blunder it was to hire them to transfer my belongings. I was merely transferring from a two-room home to storage. I departed to acquire cash from an ATM across the street, and when I returned 10 minutes later, they were "done" unloading the truck into the storage space. It took me 10 minutes to cram all of my possessions into a HUGE area with little care. They stuffed the unit to the point that there was no way to get anything out without emptying it completely. It's a complete shambles.  And good luck if you wind up doing it with "Sean and Sean" as your movers; they are the WORST of the WORST. I've attempted to get them to recognize what occurred and send two employees out to help shift stuff around, but they haven't even returned my calls. This firm is atrocious. Look for something else.

Damaged everything they handled

I'm just seeing negative feedback. I wish I had viewed these before hiring this firm. The inexperienced movers shattered my nightstand, scuffed my dresser and walls, cracked the glass in my sofa, cut the cable to the lights on my sectional, and scuffed my dresser and walls. I was offered 117.00 dollars by the claims department. The broken leg on the nightstand cost more than what was given. GET AWAY!!!

AVOID THEM

Every time I moved, I had to pay for movers. I've relocated all over the nation, and this will be my first negative review. I have a lot of broken things. My belongings were left unguarded in their vehicle. They harmed the house's entryways. They grossly misjudged the amount of time it would take. They vanished for hours on the first day. I was charged for more than 7 hours for a two-bedroom property. When they stated it would take 2 1/2 hours, I believed them. They brought everything but one item the next day. I immediately reached out and followed up a few weeks later. Now, a month later, there has been no reaction. So you can add theft to the list of reasons why you should not do it. Make use of this firm. To top it all off, they dumped their lunch garbage and packed items on my driveway on their way out. Make no attempt to write a claim. They will never contact you again. So, do yourself a favor and avoid using them.

Avoid this company their services is dreadful

We had a terrible moving experience with this business. I arranged our relocation from 12 to 3 p.m. I never received a call the day before the relocation informing us of the time they would arrive. I had to contact them twice before I got a response. They had altered the hours from 12-5 and never informed me of the change. On moving day, I had to phone them three times to find out when the movers were going to arrive. I paid for two movers, but four arrived. They were unconcerned until we informed them we had to hurry. One of the movers stated that he was working for free in order to get us moved as soon as possible. We never asked for four movers, after all. Then it took them an hour to travel to the storage facility, which should have just taken 40 minutes. They had stopped to drop off the other two guys and fill up on petrol on my time during our relocation.  the manager seemed unconcerned about my complaints and refused to apologize. DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY!

Long distance move

The packaging and picking up were both excellent. The storage prior to travel was adequate. The delivery service was abysmal. It was completed later than expected and with inadequate resources to perform a competent job, but they broke all my items and some boxes were missing. I have been trying to get in contact with customer support and I have not been successful with them

BEWARE THEIR EXTRA CHARGES!

The quotation was reasonable. When they arrived at our flat to pack our possessions, they were in a hurry, and instead of filling each box with goods from one closet or location, they crammed everything in together in a jumble. The movers also got into a confrontation with our building's super because they refused to share the elevator and were forced out, so I had to finish hauling the boxes out of my apartment alone. Because it was late in the day, I only had around 20 boxes to move. They contacted me when they were nearly at my new place to tell me they needed to charge me an additional $750 because they had used excess boxes. It wasn't until they were gone that I saw several of the boxes were MOSTLY EMPTY, implying that they used up extra boxes merely to make an extra charge! When I approached management about it, they refused to do anything. They profit from this dishonest behavior, therefore I'm sure they're motivated to keep it going.

Stay away from this business.

I've relocated across oceans three times with no problems. I had more trouble with Levic Moving moving across town than relocating 3500+ miles. I've expressed my concerns to the company's co-owners, who have yet to reply substantively. After several months of inaction, I've decided to write this review. If you pick Levic Moving, here are some pointers: do not sign ANY papers until the transfer is complete. In order for them to upcharge you later, insist on a genuine walk-through by their estimator rather than a phone consultation. Do not tip until the maneuver is completely finished. Check that any waste has been removed from the building to avoid being penalized by your landlord. Set aside anything of value that cannot be put into a mover's own rucksack. Insist on tape that will not leave marks on your furnishings. If anything is destroyed or damaged, don't expect a fair payment.

Big Mistake

MAJOR MISTAKE. I had previously used Levic Moving  and assumed they would work well for my recent relocation. The latest relocation went off without a hitch. However, I paid an additional fee to have Levic Moving disassemble and rebuild a wall unit. Their "carpenter" misplaced parts, destroyed essential wall unit components, failed to correctly repair the wall unit, and was quite disrespectful. In addition, the Company charged my credit card with further unlawful transactions. Levic Moving  SHOULD BE AVOIDED AT ALL COSTS. Dealing with them during this transition was a huge mistake.
