Do not hire them.
I had a move set, but one company canceled the day before, so I hired another, and they canceled the day of my move. On top of everything, they still charged me! Scam artists do not hire and do not utilize the site.

Dreadful experience
Levic Moving & Storage Corp is nothing more than a ruse. They will bill you in full before the service, then come back after a few weeks with an additional charge and say, oh, we undercharged you in the first place. Avoid them; they are nothing more than a fraud. The helpers, on the other hand, were not awful.

My move
Levic Moving left me quite disappointed. I went online and filled out the questionnaire to get a quote, which I received. When I agreed to the quote, the company that was advertised online as being available declined the project. When I went back online to acquire another quote, the firm that had turned down my assignment was still listed as accessible. Companies displaying availability should be COMMITTED to the job and unable to deny it.
Wrong Turn on a Side Hustle!
I'll give you a review because you requested one. I am quite unsatisfied with my service. My credit card was charged twice. I was meant to be charged only once. And the guy who was supposed to move me advised me to call the moving company right away to cancel so I could pay him out of pocket, and that this 'agreement' was between him and me. And he was supposed to come the day after I canceled the moving firm to assist me in transferring my belongings, but he never showed up, claiming, 'We don't work weekends.' 'Have a good day.' I will never use Levic again in order to avoid being duped by no side hustle.
Overcharging for assistance
Because this is one of "PODS'" recommended services for packing and unpacking, I felt comfortable hiring them. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND Levic Moving because of the way their contracts are written, which allows them to simply overcharge you when you hire help. In my situation, it was a simple emptying that took LESS THAN 2 HOURS, but I was charged for 4 HOURS. The protracted phone conversation left me with the impression that there would be "contingency time" in the event that the two hours were insufficient. That was something I agreed with. It was somehow set up to be a contract for 4 hours of labor. With the stress of moving, your final bill should not be determined only by the fine print. I needed additional information on how this transpired. THERE WAS NO HELP FROM CUSTOMER SERVICE. There was no pity, and there was no credit for the unused time. I DO NOT RECOMMEND Levic Moving for relocation assistance.

These guys are terrified of the rain.
These jerks screwed us over. We live about an hour away from where they were coming from, and they refused to come out due of the weather. There was no rain when they were due to arrive. Then the boss had already sent his employees home. It's as if he didn't care about what the weather was doing where we lived. We had booked a vehicle and everything, but they couldn't arrive since it was raining in a town an hour distant. We had to move all of our belongings ourselves, which irritated both me and my wife.
In Florida, the packing service is subpar.
I heard three men didn't need to pack much. One of them, a man, did not do anything; instead, he stood around and watched the other two do more. I have images of the items being thrown into a 26-foot-long truck when they should have only taken 20 feet of it. I've told them several times that I need to put more stuff in the back so I can open the rear and grab it, but they don't seem to care. It was not tightly packed, and I was unable to unpack it until the first. To the next person who uses the service, please read the fine print. I will never use them again,
Be aware
If you want your belongings to arrive safely, their packing crew is unrivaled. However, when all of the bids for our move from California to Texas came in around $25,000, Levic's pricing was just $14,000. I said, "I'll take it." That gives me a total of 11k problems covered. Just be aware that they pull a bait-and-switch on you since they had ways of pushing their fee up to over $20,000 when all was said and done, not to mention thousands in gratuities, which I was glad to pay. The final line is that we received all of our items delivered ultimately and in one piece, so despite their purposeful deception, I still saved roughly 20%.

Worst Moving Company Ever! Use them at your own risk!
I wish there was a way for me to give this moving business fewer ratings!! DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY!! We hired about a month ago to move a few rooms from one house to another, and in the process, the movers broke my refrigerator and left it completely dinged up and scratched, not to mention trying to fit said refrigerator through a tiny door, scratching up my door frame, when there was an entire sliding glass door to bring the refrigerator in. When we quickly brought it to the movers' notice, they told us that we would be adequately reimbursed and cared for. We did, after all, sign a contract, and the company is adequately insured. To our dismay, it was nearly impossible to contact anyone at the organization to deal with the issue; was entirely inattentive to my emails and never responded. We had to go via a claims company, which asked us what kind of insurance policy we wanted. We were never given the option or had a talk regarding our protection, and we later heard that merely told us to sign a contract, leaving us with.60 on the dollar for any damaged stuff. As a result of their irresponsible damage to our refrigerator, we were compensated $100!! on a $2,000 brand new refrigerator that requires a total door replacement!! The movers were irresponsible and had no concern for our goods, standing around waiting for a tip while tearing up our furniture and dropping our belongings all over the floor. THE COMPANY DOES NOT GUARANTEE THE CUSTOMER'S SAFETY. I cannot emphasize enough that if you want to keep your belongings and not have them ruined, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
