Awful move
Our goods were loaded after a quote of $3050, and then we were hit with a demand for $4000 more. Delivery was supposed to take 5 days, but it took 13, and no one at the company could tell us when we would receive our shipment. When our belongings were shipped, they were stowed wherever the crew wanted. Much of what was labeled for the house ended up in the barn, including food boxes. To make matters worse, three items never arrived, and customer service has not returned calls. I'm on the brink of filing a lawsuit. When we signed the contract, they were known as Silver Moving, but somewhere in the middle of the move, they changed their name to Legacy Movers. This mover should not be used!

Good Job
The legacy movers' team was extremely professional. You can rely on me on that. When I hired them a few months ago, they provided me with service that was nothing short of flawless. The moving services were excellent. I had a great time during the relocation. All of my valuables arrived undamaged, and I owe these guys a lot just for that!
Well done!
Legacy Movers' staff are experienced and easy to work with. It was my first time using a moving company, and I am genuinely grateful for their assistance. Leaving the responsibilities of a move on their shoulders offers complete peace of mind for anyone dealing with a lot of stress while moving from coast to coast! I'm very pleased with the services they offered and would definitely recommend them.

Incredibly careful company
What a fantastic company!! They were extremely careful with our possessions and extremely polite. It was a long and exhausting move that took about 8 hours and three flights up to get out of the apartment and three flights up to get to the new home. Legacy Movers does not charge a fee to return to their office unless it is more than 10 miles away, and they do not charge a fee for stairs. I wish I won't have to move again for a long time, but if I do, I'll definitely contact them again!
Bad service
I had previously used this business and we did not have a pleasant experience, but the NEW owner appears to have attempted to make amends by providing compensation for our damaged items. I gave him a list of what was damaged and the costs, and he said "HIS" insurance would cover it. The damages exceeded $2,000, but "HIS" insurance only paid me $200. The man appeared agitated because the new company he purchased has TONS of negative reviews, and I believe he will continue to do bad business. Avoid doing business with this company.
