Good company

I used Keira Moving on a friend's advice. So glad I did it! These guys were great-very courteous and knowledgeable. I was surprised by the simplicity of the whole move-from packing and loading, transporting and unloading to my new place. The whole transfer went smoothly. The manager, Gaby, was really nice, his estimation was correct and he gave a lot of useful information about how to organize for my transfer, which I really valued. I absolutely suggest Keira Moving to you!

Stolen stuff

Find another company!  We have hired Keira Movers to move our possessions from NJ to California. Eddie was very helpful at the start, and gave a much cheaper price than most movers, so we felt we were in safe hands. When Danny and his moving crew appeared, they were very courteous, but they forgot all their packing materials (bubble wrap, packing paper, etc) And then continued to charge us $100 for "packing materials," which simply included tape and saran wrap.  Also, Make sure to check his inventory list, he purposefully leaves things out so that they cannot be accounted for later. He and his crew Robbed a couple of our valuable things even though they were all very Kindly tipped ($80pp). When we tried to contact out to him, Eddie or Gaby, to get back our lost things, they declined to support us and stopped responding-very poor customer service once they got their money. The rest of our boxes came back looking like an elephant was sitting on them, totally poorly handled and damaged. Also, the company says you're going to cover your mattress/box spring properly-what a joke. Our mattress came with a half-layer of saran wrap, ripped and super dusty. I wouldn't recommend using Keira Movers to transfer anything of importance to you!

Warning!!!

Don't use this company if you want to move all your belongings carefully to a new location!! We used this company months ago to relocate our household belongings back to storage. When we've unpacked from storage, we've come to find out that our brand new 4K TV and snow blower has been stolen!!! We were supposed to assume something sooner, because after they were finished with moving us to storage,they left without even asking us about it, and both doors of the storage units were wide open!!! We contacted the administration to complain about this, and we just got a "we need evidence that they stole it" to get your money back. It wasn't enough for us to have it identified as an object to move and an object that never made it into storage!! We basically needed a video showing them stealing our stuff!!! Please take this as a warning from the company. It's rough times out there right now, no one wants to think about this extra layer of tension like we did.

Recommended moving company

Highly suggested to Keira Moving! We had a lot of stuff to move (including very heavy items) and Daniel and Juan (known to as A Squad) took care of it all! They arrived on time, got to work straight away, and didn't break any furnishings or anything in the building. Both of them were fast, effective, and respectful. I can't talk enough about this team and this business, and I'm sure I'll use Keira Moving again for future moving needs!

Long distance move

I was anxious, having to relocate all the items of my apartment around the country. But Keira Moving knows how to calm down! After the move, I didn't want any unexpected fees or broken objects. It's pretty easy. And they have made it possible! Mark was very supportive in ensuring that I correctly mentioned what had to be transferred, so I wasn't shocked by any additional charges at the end of the day. Certainly, this organization doesn't want you to be taken by surprise, how nice!
