from Naperville to Moline
Bad company
If you're relocating to a city, I'd avoid JRW Services. They claimed to give full-service relocating into Boston, but they had no knowledge of how to relocate into a metropolis. When I asked for a drop-off date to reserve parking permits, they were unable to supply one (even when I offered to wait a month for delivery). When I asked how they normally moved into city apartments with an 18-wheeler, they replied, "We don't know." Despite claims made at the time of booking that they had lots of expertise relocating into a city! I eventually had them deliver to a storage unit in the suburbs and hired a local moving company to transport them into the city. To make matters worse, my possessions came with one damaged piece of furniture and some broken dishware. JRW Services was clearly not worth the trouble.
Awful job.
This whole thing has been a nightmare! They first calculated our House Hold Goods delivery and dispatched movers with a maximum weight limit for whatever reason They appear to have been so focused on getting paid by the weight that vital issues were completely overlooked. They didn't collect our baby's stuff until the next day, which is great, but they're now nearly two weeks late in getting it. I'm sitting here with my 5-month-old, who is outgrowing their clothes and their car seat. The other is on the second shipment, which is LATE—and when we sought to expedite it, we were basically told to kick rocks. Customer service is atrocious!
Great move
Another thing to remember is that they provide you with a delivery window rather than a specific date. I was told it would take 3-10 days from my first available day, however it arrived on the first available day, much to my surprise. I am really satisfied with the quality of their work and the ease with which their movers performed the relocation for us.

Efficient job!
Highly efficient, clean, friendly, cautious, timely, and staff. I'm typically wary of moving firms since we've had some bad experiences in the past with others, but they offered excellent service from the beginning until they arrived at my furniture in my new home.

Strongly suggest them to anyone
JRW Services provided an excellent service for our family's relocation. They were professional and alleviated the stress we were feeling before to their arrival. I will utilize JRW Services for all future moves and strongly suggest them to anyone looking for excellent and competent movers. Everyone engaged in this massive house move did an outstanding job. They are even keeping some of our belongings in their vaults until we can settle into our new house.
It was good
so everything went smoothly from start to finish. We'd use it again if we ever had to relocate a long distance. Would also suggest it to those who may be in the process of moving. Communication is excellent, and all questions are promptly and effectively handled. Workers were kind and hardworking. The movers were extremely kind in working with me and my husband to place the furniture. Very simple and convenient payment method. Thanks!
Worst service I've ever had.
I had to move from Utah to Boston. I only have 5*8 capacity, which is much less than what a studio has. They gave me a cost of $1860 at first, but when the movers arrived and finished the uploading, the price increased to $4400 I only received 30 boxes, a mattress, 2 small cabinets, and other minor items. I checked the reviews, and another client from Utah to New York is approximately the same distance, and they had 3 bedrooms' things. It claimed they were $4700, and I'm not sure where I obtained that kind of money. It's been 15 days, and I still don't know where my belongings are. No one answers the phone, and no one calls me back. This is a nightmare!
