Good experience overall
Overall, this was a wise decision for my family and me. We relocated from Boston to Florida. The only problem I had was that we had a few broken items. But I must say that they guided us through the claims process, and we ended up making a few dollars on the insurance claim! This company comes highly recommended by me.

This business is a FRAUD!! DO NOT HIRE!! Any positive feedback is a fraud!! J & J Moore is NOT a moving company, and if the movers they hire steal your possessions, J & J Moore WON'T HELP YOU!! They broke the "binding" agreement and charged me three times the amount!!

From the first phone call to the delivery, everything went smoothly. Very polite and gave me a great rate based on my requirements. Arrive on time and take good care of my belongings. I had no trouble unpacking and settling into my new home. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a moving company!

I'm extremely pleased with the service. They did everything they said they would do. The movers arrived at my door at 10:00 a.m., as requested, and loaded my belongings onto the truck. They arrived at my new home the same day, and I was able to immediately set up my furniture and other belongings. An A+.

Crooks and liars. You must save yourself. Stay away from this company. Their positive feedback is fabricated. Joe Miller is a deceiver. Nobody will pick up the phone when you call. Whatever they tell you, and they will tell you whatever you want to hear, the quote will double upon delivery. They are not movers, but rather brokers. Pack your belongings. Make use of Pods.

Companies that transport household goods like J&J Moore Nationwide Van Lines have to register annually with the Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services. The Bureau of Compliance is the responsible regulatory authority that manages intrastate movers. Movers should be registered with the FMCSA to operate interstate.
