Great quality

I had to do a pretty immediate move because of a job change and I found this company through Google. They made the entire process easy and hassle-free. I think they are a broker but that didn't stop them from having great service. I would definitely use them again in the future

BUYER BEWARE!!! Interstate Movers and Relocation Group has been one of the most frustrating consumer experiences of my life. While the guys who did the actual moving of my things from Minneapolis to Fort Worth were professional, careful, and did good work, the rest of my experience with this company was filled with misinformation, outright lies, poor communication, rudeness, and a total lack of interest in how their poor performance impacted my life. Their salesperson estimated my move would take “7 to 10 days”. My actual move took 36 days. During that time, my repeated requests for updates were met with indifference, conflicting answers about where my things were and when I might have them delivered, and inconsistent reasons for ongoing delays. Once they had my possessions and my money, they basically blew me off for five weeks. When they finally did show up, and despite telling me all along that they would work with me to schedule a convenient delivery time, they gave me less than 12 hour notice of when they would arrive, and told me if that didn’t work for me it would cost me an additional $500 to reschedule! The only reason I gave them one star is because I couldn’t give them less. I would never recommend them to anyone, and will never use them again. Interstate Movers and Relocation Group was simply terrible.

Never will I use any other company for my moves

Interstate Moving group was great during the whole process of my moving experience. I was worried because I had a lot of big items that needed to be handled with care, but I really didn't need to be worried at all. They were all super helpful and patient with me. Great company. I would use again.

Overall great experience with these guys. Rob helped me out on the phone and was a pleasure to deal with. Super nice and walked me through the entire process, got me a good quote, hooked me up with good movers, and checked in throughout. I am happy with the service and would definitely use them again

I was looking for Movers to shift my things from Boston to Atlanta. After multiple search got to know about you. After some research I was assured that shifting would be done nicely and when actually Shifting took place, it was without any trouble. Packing guys did an excellent Job and packed everything with full responsibility and I received my stuff in no time. Moreover when I receive my luggage in Atlanta the staff took care of it again very nicely. Good Job

These guys are legit

Used interstate moving and relocation group for a short trip from Hollywood Florida to Columbia South Carolina. Overall the trip was easy and straightforward. I dealt with Chris on the phone in the very beginning and he gave me a price. The price ended up going up a little bit because of the square footage in the truck but not so much that they weren’t still competitive with everybody else. All of my items arrived within the agreed-upon time and very little was damaged. Overall a good move

I had an awesome experience working with Interstate Moving & Relocation Group INC. They are professional, and they have great customer-service. The workers do their jobs quickly but cautiously. Easy and fast experience

I had a nice experience with their service to personal moves, explaining me what was the best option for relocate my furniture. A really fast relocation proccess, and easy-going negotiation. An incredible team, paying attention in all my packages, mainly the most fragile ones!Their pricing is reasonable and the fees are very well outlined and stated. They completed our job earlier than estimated. From the office to the porter, everyone we deal with is very helpful and professional. We have narrow spaces, doorways and stairs. They unlocked our door and moved our furniture quickly without damage.
