Several days ago they picked up my expensive furniture, it's been over a week and I still don't know where they are. They sent workers from a cheap company to make my move, and it still cost me $ 10,000! The movers did not have good communication with me, and they were always rude and irresponsible. They did not keep their promises.

ABSOLUTELY AWFUL EXPERIENCE
They are brokers and only know how to lie. When the actual company that is going to make your move arrives they charge you a lot more and the Interstate Moving and Relocation company turns off their phones.

Worst moving company ever
They lie to you and say to you that they will not use 3rd party companies but they do. After this, they start with the expensive fees. This is a dishonest company, they just take your money and disappear.

Do youself a favor and move everything yourself
The estimated price is totally vague and uncertain since they charge you more and more money throughout the whole process of moving. They promise they have their own trucks but they are brokers and they work with 3rd party companies. The customer service of this company is the worst I have ever dealt with in my life. I would never ever call them again.
RUN FROM THIS COMPANY
They were late, the delivery dates changed a lot, and even one of the employees harassed me and found my phone number. He sent me some unpleasant messages. They did not pack anything well and many objects did not even go in a box. They doubled the price of my move at the last minute. They are liars.

Unbelievable!
Although we gave them our inventory, on the day of the move they sent a smaller truck where our things did not fit, promising that later they would send a larger one. That never happened, nor did they return the deposit. When we try to contact them we only receive excuses and lies. They are the worst!

The Bureau of Compliance is the responsible regulatory authority that manages intrastate movers. Movers should be registered with the FMCSA to operate interstate.
