Wonderful move

Our recent move was the least stressful experience I've ever had, and the team was fantastic. They were very careful with all of our belongings and made sure that everything was in the appropriate spot according to my specifications. Everything was also completed in a timely and clean manner. The company was excellent in all aspects of communication and accommodated all of our adjustments, from the initial visit to the moving date, which had to be modified several times due to delays in the development of our new property. They were every bit as nice as I had expected! I would recommend International Van Lines to anybody I know.

Stay Away

 I hired International Van Lines for a move and had a TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. There were several situations were I was tricked, my items were damaged to the amount of hundreds of dollars, they did not deliver on time as promised, and there were numerous other difficulties. Before using them, please read all of the other bad reviews.

Lives up to their name

I had heard a lot about this company from friends who used them for their moves. They always tried to convince me to go with IVL and claimed the service was just as good as the original national companies. I'm glad I took a leap of faith on this one because I did manage to save around 15% versus my usual cost to relocate. The service was on Par with the name brands and the savings were phenomenal. Very happy. Thank you, IVL.

My stuff.

I've been in my new house for 15 business days and still haven't received the delivery date. Movers were on the spot to pack and store my belongings, but I can't seem to get a truck to Nevada. Seriously???? Customer support is ineffective, and dispatch does not return phone calls. If you want a glass to drink from or a bed to sleep on, this is not the place to be!

A God send

I like many others fell prey to some fly-by-night company who sold me the Tom Dick and Harry. The main issue occurred when Dick couldn't pick-up. IVL delivered on very short notice, and their sales staff is knowledgeable and accurate. Well done!

I can’t even believe I’m saying this but it was such a vibe with the movers. They were soooo nice. My dad wanted to be there because he says movers are rude and shady and he was pleasantly surprised. They were nothing but respectful and insisted that we leave the hard work to them. That we did! Thanks so much!

Life Savers

I booked with what I now know as a “fly by night broker” This company guaranteed that I would get picked up in time and the day before my deadline, they call to inform me that “their truck broke down”. They said they wouldn’t be able to get me until the following Monday. This was a compromising situation as I had a flight for Saturday (non-refundable). I PANICKED and started calling around for a company who could solve my problem. Like Superman and the justice league, I kid you not, IVL shows up the next day. Everything was loaded from my house and I was on the plane Saturday. My heroes.

Don’t work with anyone else

If you’re reading this let me save you plenty of trouble by telling you to look no further. I don’t have time to be researching companies to the ends of the earth. These guys are straight to the point and strictly business. Thanks so much for being a stand up company and taking the stress out of my journey.

What a wild ride. After filling out what seems to be a harmless form on the internet, the valve is opened and the calls flood in. I’ll be honest, I just wanted the calls to stop so I booked a mover and told the next 100 to kick rocks. I am very fortunate. I looked more into things as I approached and got nervous. I even wanted to cancel but my rep Greg reassured me that things would go smooth. It sure did. Thanks, Greg.

Great work. Delivery was too fast

The work was incredible. All of my stuff was protected really good. They reassembled and staged everything nicely. But!!! I specifically needed a few extra days before I could receive the delivery. After jumping through hoops I was able to convince a friend to take it on my behalf. In hindsight it’s pretty cool because I arrived at my new home to find it staged. For that, 5 stars.
