I wanted to express my gratitude to the Independence team for making my move  as smooth as possible. I'd had negative experiences with other long-distance movers before, but these men were completely professional from beginning to end.   If you're thinking about relocating, I can only recommend them. There were no damaged things, nothing was missing, and the delivery was on schedule. Thanks!!

Do not hire these losers, so if you do it at your own risk, scammers,  Unprofessional, dishonest, and unfair!!

Please take it from me. ALL of the good evaluations regarding this firm have been posted by paid reviewers. This is the worst moving company in history !! they don't deserve a business license.  Your things will be kept hostage, and after you pay, they will be delivered Broken, dirty, and/or WET, not to mention missing aka stolen. Good luck attempting to persuade the management staff! Use someone else instead of these dishonest, unprofessional individuals... learn from our calamitous experience. You have been punished.

This company is a scam

The Independent Van Line is a scam. They got $890 of my money, and they didn't promise to move me a boat motorcycle, and some tools the boat was only 15 feet with a trailer of about 20 feet and a motorcycle, and about 20 boxes of jigsaw hand tools, etc.They went to pick it up, and the driver said he didn't have enough space on his truck, even though I told Brent stone exactly what I had on the truck with less than 2,000 pounds. Don't use this company in any circumstance that they screwed me out of my money and they're going to screw you out of yours.

Good Job

We hired these movers in a crunch so that you could understand my concerns right from the start. I wanted professionals and to be up-to-date on the progress of our relocation. I was very pleased to learn that the independence van lines offered exactly what I was looking for in professional and excellent movers.

Liars

Any company that has to cheat and steal from its customers is not a company. I would encourage anyone who has or has had horrible issues with this non-company to file a complaint with the Federal Motor Carrier Administration to conduct an investigation. I have the same problem as anyone who gave ONE STAR to this company.

Would use them again

Recently, Real Movers Moving & Storage moved from Miami to New Jersey to get closer to my family, and it was a wonderful experience. They were punctual and professional, and they did deliver on their promises. They showed up on time, ready to work, and took very good care of my stuff. Take the stress out of what was going to be a huge ordeal. More importantly, they've been affordable. If you're looking for a mover, you need to give them a call. I couldn't have been happier with the service they provided, and I'd definitely be using it again.

A little bit of an interstate move, but they were careful with all my stuff just like any other move. I really appreciate their due diligence and the fact that they are absolute professionals. This is exactly what I needed and wanted from a company that was moving! Five stars all over the place.
