My experience

To say the truth..I read some reviews after booking with them and got a little worried. But I also read bad reviews from every shipping company. Needless to say, these guys went above and beyond. They were outstanding with communication. Super impressed by Rachel and Denise for making sure I was well prepared with our families documentation. Such nice people, my experience was nothing like some of the bad reviews I’ve read and I’m actually very happy with the overall experience using ilines. I literally have no complaints about their services at all. I already referred someone and so far they are also very happy with their experience also. Thank you guys dearly for all your help!

I Recommend

Had to move last minute and got about 10 quotes. These guys were one of the more competitive. Surprisingly they were able help me and my family quickly and picked up my things before turning in my keys. Everything arrived in perfect shape. The only thing is that the shipment took about two more weeks than expected to arrive but they said it was because the vessel was delayed. Not a big deal for us. Overall great experience working with them.

Fraud

I do not recommend this company. I paid for a service, and they did not provide it. I told them when I was traveling, and they set a date for pickup. They then changed the date several times, expecting me to be available at a moment's notice. I told them my travel date was set. After a long back and forth, they agree to a partial refund. After months of no response, there is no refund and no service.
