Amazing movers

Since they worked so quickly earlier in the day, we were able to transfer my time up by 2 hours. They also completed my job ahead of schedule. They had time and energy to spare to assist me in arranging some of the larger things in my place, saving me the trouble and back pain. I will totally recommend these guys to my family and friends.

Be careful

This company is terrible. I recruited them for a long-distance relocation, and they picked up my belongings on July 10, 2020. My belongings did not arrive until 8/23/2020. My tv stand's legs have broken off, and the wood around that area is ruined, so I can't even screw them back in. My headboard's screw is twisted, and all other screws are missing. My crib mattress and headboard have both gone missing as well.

I have nothing but respect for this business, from the moment I made my first phone call until the last object was unloaded. They were on time, respectful, polite, not a single item was damaged or destroyed, and they were one of the most fair quotes I got with no hidden costs! I am very satisfied with the service and would recommend them to all of my friends and relatives.

Poor experience

I will never recommend this business to others. They use brokers, and the salesmen will tell you anything to get your company, then do anything to mess you over. They are now attempting to extort more money from me after I paid more than I owed. They give you a low estimate, then add additional fees without showing you any paperwork or explaining why. I did the math myself and showed it to the foreman, the only competent person at the company, who agreed it was right. Despite this, I paid $100 more than I was expected to (almost a full thousand dollars over quoted price). They arrived two days late after lying about trucks breaking down, then arrived three days late at my moving destination without informing me. I called, emailed, and texted but received no answer. Keep as far away from this unprofessional total mess of a business as possible.
