Most unprofessional company
The most inept moving business. They kept changing the schedule and needed you to adapt to their availability after you booked your move. The movers are all the same - incompetents. Used the customer's bathroom, which is a no-no. Damage to furniture and electronics, but moving in circles to get information. USE AT YOUR OWN RISK.

They were awesome. Arrived at the beginning of the "arrive" estimate. Technical, positive, and energetic. In an hour and 20 minutes, they completed the entire three-room apartment. The delivery follows a two-hour drive. There are no blemishes anywhere, not even on a 5-foot mirror with a massive ornate case. All products have been put in the desired locations. IT COULDN'T BE BETTER.

Great Movers!
Lisa was a pleasure to deal with when it came to arranging the transfer. The four men they sent were extremely friendly and effective. They carefully wrapped all of our furniture and moved it down our two-story walk-up. Nothing was affected, and everything went off without a hitch! I highly recommend these guys; they're incredible.
Licenses & Certificates:
Companies that transport household goods within New York like High Touch Moving have to register annually with the Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services. The Bureau of Compliance is the responsible regulatory authority that manages intrastate movers. Movers should be registered with the FMCSA to operate interstate.
