Disrespectful company
For a move from Dallas to New York, I used High End Movers. A certificate of insurance is required by my building in New York. I gave this to High End's dispatch team three weeks ahead of time and checked in with them every day by phone and email to see if it was on its way to my building. Every day, they either stated they'd call me back or said they'd call me back days later or after I pestered them with phone calls. On the day of my move, I discovered that the COI they provided was simply a copy of the example form my building had provided, with their name stamped on it. I had to skip several days of work to deal with this, and in the end, I had them drop my belongings off on the side of the building and move everything in myself. I strongly advise anyone moving to think twice about using this company because they were extremely disrespectful and made the process much more difficult.
Good job
I had to relocate from Texas to Alabama, and I don't think I could have made a better decision than to hire these guys! With their fantastic customer service capabilities and fantastic personnel and staff, this organization is truly remarkable. The movers are really capable.
Great company
Some heavy furnishings had to be disassembled and transferred to a two-story house. The crew was efficient, professional, and extremely pleasant! Even when I didn't, they remembered what specific components were supposed to go. I really suggest this company to anyone!
Highly recommended
They did a fantastic job relocating us from our 4th floor apartment. The guys were efficient, pleasant, flexible with pick-up/drop-off times, had a great work ethic, were on time, and were cautious with our belongings. In addition, their prices were really fair.
